Dear vo,
Uscis just approved my case and that of my son last week. I just recently learnt cases can be expedited at the nvc stage especially when there's a situation. I'm wondering if we can get our cases expedited due to medically  emergency as my husband who is the petitioner is currently in hospital, psychiatric home to be precise due to rumors of me being married to someone else. Although he's better now as we speak several times everyday but he's anxious to meet with his wife and son. Can we be hopeful of getting an approval?
