I don’t reply to any post here since joining this site. I will like to react to this post Becos it’s a good topic even though it might not go anywhere. I strongly believe that even my two points can never happen to this country again but to me it’s the only solution this country need.
1. All government posts should be make less attractive, that is; political post holder should be treated like public servant they are, just like the civil servant are being paid. Only the entitlement set for civil servants should also be given to political post holders. No treatment outside the country except if ur salary can take care of it. No allowance for the kids and wives. Leaders must have their respective occupations and only called upon when need arise and allowance should only be given to them during that meeting and not more than allowance attributed for normal civil servant. I can say all but I will stop here
2. Education must be compulsory for all citizens and it must be free to all at some point Mayb primary to secondary. Education must be treated with alt most respect. Lecturers must be paid the same amount with the political holders and it must be reasonable for both political holders and the civil servant.
All this can be done constitution reform.

This is a welcome step.
It will also be good to check the police officers by making sure they wear a camera on their uniform to show how the officers carry out their duties.
This will reduce the abuse use of power by the policemen.
