Then, the quintet of Airtel, MTN, Access Bank, Glo and BUA are responsible for 28% of the metropolis's GDP.

Given these realities, how is it possible that our Igbo brothers and sisters are responsible for 70% of Lagos's GDP?

Please fact-check me: Lagos had her highest GDP growth rate during the Nigerian Civil War when our Igbo brothers and sisters left Lagos. The major impediment to the economic growth of Lagos is the massive importation of cheap foreign goods that can be manufactured locally in the Ijora-Orile-Iganmu-Oshodi-Ikeja-Ogba manufacturing cluster.
