Since I stopped eating sugar last year April... My health got a lot better.

I perform better in the gym
I don't feel fatigued or back pain after work in the office (I sit all day in front of my computer)

And even my madam is feeling it back to back in the other room

As for me, it's been ages since I had a warm hug from a living being. The only hug I receive daily is the damn stress from my Job.
