One of the major problems we have here, is that 95 percent of both males and females are not here for anything serious. Probably to read comments, reply comments, share comments and like comments.
The serious ones hibernate.

So, I slept at 5 AM and woke at 12 PM. I guess this is 8 hours' sleep.

My dear, life is all about PLANNING, if one doesn't plan well, one prepares to fail.
People who sleep well at night can still achieve alot, more than those who don't sleep at night.
I make plans for my next day, before I go to bed. Then wake up 5am, scrutinize my plans again, then off to work. I write poems a lot, as a matter fact, have written a lot of them. But not on a professional level, I achieved all of that during the day, especially on weekends. That's planning.
Note it, that night sleep is very essential in human life, it helps your brain and body relax after the day's work.

That's the spirit. In Nigeria once you're sacked, your colleagues will never want to associate with you at that time for fear of being sacked along with you. Once you leave they won't even bother to check on you again. What a shame.

1. Watch with two or more people around you in case of heart attack 2. Eat before watching to avoid loss of appetite and starvation 3. Don’t bet more than N100 on any Nigeria match to avoid high blood pressure 4. Keep dangerous objects out of reach while watching 5. Sleep immediately after match to avoid transfer of anger
