Same here. But I contacted Saanapay and a link was sent to retrieve the receipt.

Yes, this is the transcript label form. My previous institution says application for transcript is only online and students should not come to the record office, so I'm still unsure how I'll attach this form.

I think the transcript is to be mailed directly to deputy registrar/admission officer postgraduate college.

I think it's safe to let them all be university lecturers. I read somewhere that they must all be university lecturers. Plus in the options available for referee position, it's only lecturer's posts listed there.

You will be able to see their response
But you should hold on while they fill, otherwise it will cost you 1000 to reactivate the form after submission for edit(especially when you decide to change referee)

I couldn't post since yesterday, something about being banned for some hours.
Anyway thanks, the passport photo has shown. I clicked on submit/re-activate and saw it on there.

But can I ask how we will know for sure that the referees have filled the form? One of mine said she has filled and submitted but I didn't see any sort of notification on the dashboard.

Your referees will receive the mail immediately you include their email address as part of the referees and save or move to the next section of the form. Are you sure your passport is the recommended size?? There is a recommended size to be uploaded otherwise it will not be displayed on your profile. I do not think the fault is from school. You can send your application number and password so that I help you check from my own end 08122000995. My Whatsapp number

I have successfully uploaded my passport but it says no passport photo. Please who is having this issue too? Is it a fault from the school?
Also, is it after we submit the application that our referees will receive the referral form? Please those who passed this process in 2019 should please shed some light.

Did you retype the code that was on the left corner of the site. I too didn't see it initially, it kept saying invalid code. But it went through after the third trial even without inputting the code.

I think they believe some applicants from that year will no longer be interested or may have started gone somewhere else as a result of the long wait.
It's why they said "to make up for attrition and allow more candidates to apply" as reason for extension.

But who knows. Maybe applications that year was just not enough or they are indeed merging two sessions.
