Thanks for the tip. This can be helpful when your mobile experiencing a bootloop issue. I tried this method when I installed Pitchblack premium Theme muliple times on my mobile without rebooting and got a bootloop, this method worked successfuly

PS: Later I installed a single substratum theme and it worked well, always reboot after installing a substratum theme
This method is not for all Bootloop issues

I tried to unlock bootloader but all I see is Chinese language

Now you don't need to get unlocking permissions from Xiaomi Website. Just Download Mi unlock tool from below link and Unlock your device bootloader. It was easy for me
