Blazinraj01:
The whole stream thing isn't an issue of call-up number but the state you are posted to. Most of the north-eastern states are basically stream 2 (they make use of states close to them for their camp). Also, states with large number of corp members too would experience stream 2 issues.
Besides, most of us were posted using our first names. I can't count the number of people I met in camp bearing the same name.
