I am a Web/Android developer and I am planning on either going for my master or going for certification courses like aws or other certification courses. A friend of mine is advising me that going for my masters is a waste of time and money I should go for certification courses. It is more proficient in IT industry than going for masters. I don't know which one to choose kindly advice me.

I am working for a startup let say company A and am paid 40k. another startup company lets say company B wants me to join them and they will give me 3% and but he does not want to be specific with the salary. he said he will pay but do not know how much yet. I like the idea of company B and I dont fancy the idea of company A and company A are not even too serious on the project. What should I do please?

That's where problem started, people give withexpectations. Their condition for giving is collect to something in return which is wrong. And they won't give if they are not promised something.

In order to get that favor from them, some gave careless promises. With the mindset "if we get to river we would know how to cross it" thereby breaking their promise at last.

Give because you want to help solve someone's problem and not for gains.

I don't believe in giving without expectations it does not exist in this world even when we give to beggars we expect that one day God will bless us. Girls should not make promises they can't keep in order to get favour.

Because training somebody in school involves a lot of sacrifice and when someone sacrifices he/she must expect something in return. That is the law of nature.

I was deployed for this July batch but I want to go for November. What should I do?

Please I am new to nairaland. I was deployed in this batch B but something came up and I don't want to for this July batch. Is there anything I can do so that I will go for November batch. Thanks for your candid advice.
