Miley Cyrus was given the worst birthday gift ever this weekend ... her house was broken into and her stuff got jacked.

The break-in occurred Friday afternoon in Studio City - one day before her b-day - when the thief somehow gained access to Miley's pad ... and made off with some jewelry.

It's unclear how the crook (or crooks) got inside the house ... but cops say they're currently investigating how it all went down.

Thankfully Miley wasn't home when the break-in happened -- and neither was anybody else.

A naked Russian artist nailed his own testicles to the ground in a bizarre protest against his country's authoritarian regime. Self-styled performance artist Pyotr Pavelnsky hammered a large metal nail through his scrotum and into the cobblestones in front of Moscow's Red Square as hundreds of horrified tourists watched on.

Police eventually covered him up with a blanket before removing him from the scene. He was taken to a clinic for treatment and placed under arrest.

Pavelnsky has previously performed painful protests to highlight political causes. In 2011 he sewed his lips together to highlight the plight of the jailed Pussy Riot group and he later wrapped his naked body in barbed wire outside a government building in St Petersburg.

The facts: DJ Jaydee of Grotto stabbed Davido's bodyguards, evades police
Falsified accounts of a recent incident at the Grotto club on Sunday have made the rounds. Davido’s Management hereby wishes to clear the air on them with the statement below.
After a successful outing at a recent concert on Sunday November 3 at Eko Hotels, popular musician Davido headed to the Grotto Nightclub on Victoria Island. After a brief stay at the club, Davido and his crew proceeded to his vehicle outside to head home. Upon entering the vehicle, he realized that his ATM card was missing. His body guard TijaniOlamilekanOgbeidebetter known as Teejay got down from the vehicle to search for the ATM card in the club....
Upon alighting, he was accosted by an already drunk ‘DJ Jide Jay Dee’who had in his hand a champagne flute. This DJ Jaydee informed Teejay that he had the ATM card in his hand and would like to personally deliver it to Davido. Teejay politely asked him to hand over the ATM card as it was clear that Davido was right in his view in his car. DJ Jaydee refused to hand over the card without payment and instead proceeded to shout that he knew who Davido was personally and that he [DJ Jaydee]was a known person in Lagos. Teejay refusd him access to Davido which led DJ Jaydee to throw the ATM card on the ground in anger. As Teejay bent to retrieve the card, DJ Jaydee stabbed him in the neck with the champagne flute he was holding. An oblivious Teejay threw him off his back and proceeded to return the ATM card to Davido. As he was entering the car to leave, one of the occupants noticed the stab wounds and called his attention to the blood. Teejay promptly alighted from the car and went to confront DJ Jaydee who was still yelling outside.DjJaydee apparently not done with his violence stabbed the bodyguard a second time, this time on his hands and ran off into the club. Teejay searched for him to no avail and left the club soon after.


Tijani Olamilekan Ogbeide has since reported the matter to the police and they have been to the club to invite DJ Jaydee for questioning. Grotto has been unable to deliver DJ Jaydee to the police, instead malicious and falsified accounts of the incident have found their way on social media portals being championed of course by sources intent on casting vile aspersions on Davido and his bodyguard Teejay. DjJaydee is yet to surface.Tijani Olamilekan Ogbeide has pressed charges to this effect.

Its not really confirmed, but people who were at the club have tweeted about the incident. The fight reportedly occurred in the early hours of Monday morning after Davido's performance at the Colourful World of More Concert. The singer and his crew went to a club to chill and a fight later on allegedly ensued between Davido's bodyguard and the club bouncers. More than 100,000 people were said to be gathered at the venue of the incident, with facilities that can hardly take 5,000 people, when the stampede occurred. The tragic incident has already become political, as the camps of Governor Peter Obi and Senator Chris Ngige are trading blame over the incident.
About 200 victims that survived the stampede were taken hospitals in Onitsha and Nkpor where a lot of them were treated and discharged.

The incident occurred shortly after Governor Peter Obi, the governorship candidate for the All progressives Grand Alliance, Chief Willie Obiano; and the National Chairman of APGA, Chief Victor Umeh, among others left the place after an all-night church programme.

Obi, who later on visited hospitals, where the survivors of the stampede were being attended to, promised to set up a panel to investigate the cause of the stampede.
The Anambra State Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Emeka Chukwuemeka , confirmed the incident but said he could not give figures or state the cause of the incident because investigations were still going on to establish the cause of the incident.

The Founder and Spiritual Director of the Holy Ghost Adoration Centre, Rev. Fr. Emmanuel Obinma, a Catholic priest popularly called Ebube Mmuonso (the glory of the Holy Ghost), also went round to see and pray for the survivors.

He, however, said he was still too shocked to comment on the incident.

Typically this male will whine and complain about how women never want to date them because he is “too nice” or that he is average in appearance. He often targets a woman who is already in a relationship; misrepresenting his intentions of wanting to be her friend and having the expectation that he is owed more than friendship because he is such a good listener. He is prone to brooding over this and passive aggressive behavior... IN this case guys tend to feel privellege to have an association with the lady in question, the feel the lady in question is way above thier level and the often go out of their way to make them comfortable not minding the emotional hazard they cause themselves inventually.. Girls usually dont like have such guys has their boyfriend cause this is a sure sign of low self esteem and trust me girls dislike guys with low self esteem.. They want a guy with authority and a good sense of self worth..

2. Bad communication: Are you communicating with her like a confident man who wants to have a romantic relationship? or are you communicating with her like her gay best friends that listens to her problems and comforts her when ever she needs you?.. Honestly think about that question cause if its the latter, then thats your problem..
3. Your inability to flirt with her: Dont treat her like a friend, treat like somebody who wants to have a romantic stuff with her i.e flirt with her, make sexually jokes etc...

4. Lack of confidence: This is a big problem... This era of shy guys has come to an end... If you not confident when associating with girls then you r gay or problem a Lamp... Dont ever create the impression that you are pussy cause girl see other pussies aside from thier's as a competition and they tend to treat them like Trash... so be a man , take risks..

5. Neediness: In this situation guys hold the girls they like in very high pedestals and tend to enslave themselves with their desire to be with them(these girls).. They always want to see these girls at every freaking chance they get.. Girls hate neediness, it smells like cow shit to them... They see needy guys as pests and they tend to friend zone needy guys

6. Seeking advice from to many people: Am not against asking for help when it comes to conquering a girl, but its wrong to seek advice from too many people on just one girl... This is the first sign of lack of confidence.. just like the saying "Too many cooks tend to spoil them soup" . Too many advise tend to make you indecisive and this can get you caught up in the friends Zone..
