In oct salary was delayed due a computer crash at the office of the accountant general of the federation, the presidential spokesman even spoke up, today is 2nd and no pay, nobody is speaking for the government. What is the matter with apc government? What will happen before xmas?
This delayed payment does not help moral at all especially when politicians are smiling to the bank with fat pay before month end.

The framework is there.
If it doesn't work for your device then it's most likely not running android but a fork of it (maybe Aliyun OS?)
