infofirst:Lol. The real reason a lot of persons believed forex is a scam is not farfetched, boss. And this is it: Lets say a trader is in a buy trade. The market Buys from point A to point B with 43 candlesticks before it could touching his TP. And it immediately Sells (retrace) from point B to point A with just 11 candlesticks - thereby taking him out. And he fused over that for a while. Another day comes, he decided to sell, armed with the other days experience, he resolved that it pays to sell than to buy, since it took just fewer candlesticks on the sell part to hit his point of Entry after he Bought. So, he entered a Sell, but instead of the market to use few numbers of candlesticks, as he fathomed, Mr. Market now used 157 candlesticks to sell and still didn't activates his TP before retracing back to SL and close him out. ![]() Before you know it, 'FOREX IS SCAM!' was given birth to, by the frustrated one |

Mr. A: "I am not buying!" Mr. B: "I am not selling, too!" Deriv: "I no dey buy, I no dey sell, no dey bring quarrel" See attached images to get the drift of the descriptive gist, above . I dey gbadun Deriv.I say make I withdraw small $4 from my epileptic account to buy internet data. And the guy (Buyer) refused to pay me at d rate I saw on his Advert. And, me, too, refused to accept the rate he is suggesting. So, wen the time frame for d transaction elapsed, Deriv resolved d issue and returned d $4 they withheld - in the course of d transaction.I just like Deriv business model. I dey with them, I no dey move go anywhere - if them still wound me, I go still let una know ![]()

Feshizzy:You didn't tell him where to sign up, Boss. Fatalitho, sign up first at www.ftmo.com. Then look around for Try For Free (Free Trial) and fetch the $10,000 normal (not aggressive) account. Afterward, get the trading account details synced with you fxblue account (hoping that by now you already signed up for a fxblue account, as well) Nothing too hard in all these. Just read to understand, you will be fine. But if anything is still strange to you, do not hesitate to voice it out here |
Feshizzy:Yes, the account will be disabled after 7 days of not placing a trade after opening |
Feshizzy:Boss, if you notice, I have two accounts in the contest. Why is that? I followed your instructions to join the contest with our respective fxblue username, first, before syncing our ftmo credentials to our fxblue account. So, recently, when I tried syncing ftmo credentials to my fxblue account, it would say failed hence the second account that I 'sucksexfully' synced before joining the contest. You can disqualify samfelly123 from the two accounts. Thank you |
Elliotwaveforec:Okay |
COPIED FROM, THE NEW TRADING FOR A LIVING -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Why do they (traders) fail so often? What separates winners from losers isn't intelligence or secrets, and certainly not education. Many losers think that they would trade successfully if they had a bigger account. People destroy their accounts either by a string of losses or a single abysmally bad trade. Often, after the loser is sold out, unable to meet a margin call, the market reverses and moves in the direction he expected. He starts fuming: had he survived another week, he would have made a fortune instead of losing! Such people look at market reversals that come too late and think that those turns confirm their methods. They may go back to work and earn, save, or borrow enough money to open another small account. History repeats itself: The loser gets wiped out, the market reverses and “proves” him right, but only too late—he's been sold out again. That's when the fantasy is born: “If only I had a bigger account, I could have stayed in the market longer and won.” Some losers raise money from relatives and friends by showing them a paper track record. It seems to prove that they would have won big, if only they had had more money to work with. But even if they raise more money, they lose that, too—as if the market were laughing at them! A loser is not undercapitalized—his mind is underdeveloped. A loser can destroy a big account almost as quickly as a small one. An acquaintance of mine once blew out over 200 million dollars in a day. His broker sold him out—and then the market turned. He sued the broker and said to me: “If only I had a bigger account….” Apparently an account with $200 million wasn't big enough. A loser's true problem is not account size but overtrading and sloppy money management. He takes risks that are too big for his account size, however small or big. No matter how good his system may be, a streak of bad trades is sure to put him out of business. Amateurs neither expect to lose nor are prepared to manage losing trades. Calling themselves undercapitalized is a cop-out that helps them avoid two painful truths: their lack of a realistic money management plan and lack of discipline. A trader who wants to survive and prosper must control losses. You do that by risking only a tiny fraction of your equity on any single trade. |
