Firefox01: Make una softly dey lie for this Nairaland. US or UK, which one? A direct flight to the United States from Nigeria is nothing less than 14 hours, with stop over, we are talking of 24hrs+ so what are you saying? If you haven't experienced such, don't be quick to label other people's experience a lie. I've personally done a 36hrs journey from just Kaduna to Enugu. Mind you I've done ds same journey for 13hrs previously. Nigerian roads and journeys innit are jus so unpredictable. |

It's my belief that this is the best idea you'd ever get on this thread. Take it. Dont bring in a child into the world if you'renot ready for one, that itself is being more wicked than an abortion. Stay strong mate and trust whatsoever decision you make. Kissmyassbiach: If you’re both not ready then abort it. The problem will be finding the money and a qualified doctor who’s willing (because it’s illegal)
But I’m pretty sure you’d be able to find some NGO’s on Twitter who do it(for free I think). If it’s not far gone, there are abortion medications available.
Don’t allow illiterates make you feel like a child is a punishment for having premarital sex. Children need love and care and a stable environment. If you’re not ready to offer that, don’t add to the millions of struggling kids. Sentiments aside.
Next time make sure you’re well protected to avoid it. |

Bro. You wouldn't have died bcs you took an antimalarial after the covid vaccine. Your pharmacist lied. Thank you. McDaav: Allllrrrriiiigggghhhhttt
Nigeria is not even identified as a sovereign nation, let alone country capable of purchasing a good COVID-19 Vaccine.
When I remember what happend to me after taken my COVID-19 Vaccine last week, I still feel shocked and missing.
Only God knows the kind of Vaccine that they gave me which made me forget the password of my Computer I use on daily basis when I went home. Not only that, I forgot my Device Phone Master Security Pattern also, had to use finger print to change the password.
I came to recall them after 3 days of the objection.
Modified! The nurses didn't even inform me on how the vaccine will react, I went home and had great fever, headache, and runny nose that made me went to my pharmacist for Malaria tablets. In there, I told her about the Covid Vaccine I took, she exclaimed, that, I would have killed myself if I took another medicine apart from paracetamol and water. I was like, this people could have killed me if I had my malaria tablet at home, because, I will just take and drink not knowing that it is COVID-19 Vaccine that is reacting in my body system. Our nurses need to live upto standard abeg! |

Arising from an Emergency NEC meeting, the Nigeria Association of Resident Doctors(NARD) have voted for the suspension of the on going strike which has already clocked 63 days. Members admitted that FG have started complying with the payment pf the MRTF funds to residents. However, many more still bemoan the suspension of the strike citing thatthe government couldn't be trusted not to renege on agreements to complete the payment and other issues that resulted in the strike. |

Hello Everyone.
Before I proceed, I'd like to thank the MODs and every nairalander out here in this thread offering their wisdom and knowledge to propel others. It's my fervent wish that your coast never runs dry.
Please my situation is this; I want to apply for a visit visa to go and take the PLAB 2 test in the UK. So, I actually only had enough money to book for the test, so my acct is relatively empty. My trip and logistics will be funded by my parents and sister (though marrried) but living and working in the UK. So the only positive as per home tie I have is a landed property that was bought by my parents in my name.
So what are my chances like ? Is it so low that I should cancel the PLAB test booking and focus on getting a job and improving my account ?
Is it possible to be granted a visa with an empty bank acct or prolly just funds sent by my family for my flight bookings and other miscellaneous expenses?
What documents do I and my sister need to provide to support my application?
Any General advise on how best to approach my situation and maximise my chances of visa approval ? |

Must I get cleared every month before I can avoid extension from service? What options do I have please ? |

giselle237: let your sister pay all the money into your account. Check @bivoprad on this thread for documents submitted to guide you for sponsorship route and add any other home ties you have in Nigeria, you will get it. Use that list and add any other things u need to submit. Thank you so much!!! |

Good day gurus in the house. I've read through the thread seeking for a case very similar to mine but none distinctly answers my questions. So my case is this; I'm a young medical Dr seeking for a visitor visa to go and seat for the PLAB 2 exam. Now, I don't have any money with me and my sister who's there in the UK is going to be my sponsor....so do I still need to present a statement of acct that would show I can't even finance it or every single supporting document about financing should show that my sister is sponsoring the trip ? How best do I go abt this case generally ?Thanks in advance |
Politics › Re: APC Plotting To Use Foreign Mercenaries To Rig Edo Guber, PDP Alleges by SamGryffindor: 1:22am On Jul 05, 2020 |
Validated: Edo is still not Lagos. Papata all riggers will meet their waterloo. There is always a point where impunity is laid to final rest. The police in Minnesota thought they were doing their normal thing until they met George Floyd. Adam Oshomole thought he was doing his normal thing until he met Obaseki. If APC thinks they can continue their rigging, perhaps Edo will change all that. World over impunity and dictatorship thrives until a small unexpected event toppled such. Perhaps it is time for our leaders to know that they cannot always push their luck so far. Go ask Saddam Hussein, Gaddafi, Mugabi, etc. Let APC try nonsense and buy uncontrollable revolution that will sweep everyone and everything away with it. Truth has never been said better.
