What I believe Ghana should do is increase the number of region to 20. It as had the same number of region for many years.. This will speed up develop. it will force many people to live in 20 cities reducing government administrative cost. because when you look at the satellite picture of Ghana, Ghana people are spreed into many settlement.. This will force the people to live in this 20 cities. This is what Nigeria did.
