Every year, thousands of students seek admission into National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) but only a few achieve their dreams. You are one of those few! You are an achiever. Your discipline, focus, hard work, sacrifices and prayers have earned you this resounding success. On this special day, I pray that learning is going to be enjoyable at NOUN. You will never regret your admission into this institution and the sky will be your starting point of success. To sum up, I salute your courage, perseverance and focus for getting to this new level.
