I'm planning to visit Naija in October and really need decent hotel to stay in prefarably in Ikeja and environ. I'm budgeting between =N=10,000 and =N=15,000 per night.

Note: Security is of high importance to me!

Schipol used to be the best when I first travelled out of Naija back in 2001. But for now, Asian airports hold the aces. Toronto Pearson international airport is a bang too. The airport has just been re-designed and it soooooo beautiful, you can easily miss your way there.

@ Tundeprime, I can give it to you for 30K and that price is firm. I equally have Blackberry curve 8310, it's canada use and comes with a charger and usb cable. I can give you that for 23k firm.

Can anybody in the house with vast experience on building give me an estimate on how much I will need to complete a duplex (in front) and 2 2-bedromm (at the back) on a half a plot land?
The land measures 8m x 36m and it's a dry land. You might want to exclude the cost of finishing the interior.
It will be highly appreciated if someone can help me out.
