We r a recycling n waste mgt biz. Driver elps move d waste bus around our registered customerz while assistant wud b elping pack d waste inside d bus from our registered customers waste drum/container. Our sales Rep wud b looking for customers to register wit us and collect their commission. Drivers salary is 15k/month and must v drivers license or equivalent while Assistant salary is 10k but Sales Rep is base on commission and collects #250 on each customer the Sales Rep registered. Drivers/Assistant works Mon-Sat 8am-6pm while Sales Rep works base on he/she desires so long as she/he is submitting registered form and wud b collecting commission

AI Group formally started operation on October 23rd, 2016 with our waste management and recycling division.
As at October, we have a staff strength of Five (5) and we plan to grow it to fifty (50) before the end of 2016. Our office is at 65, IMA Road, Off Abiola way, Abeokuta.
Due to our set targets and goals we have the following position that are presently need to be occupied.

* A driver
* An assistant
* Sales Representatives

The above position is offered on a contract job a period of 6 months with weekly review of performance, at the end of the 6 months, the weekly performance reviewed which would be used to determine whether the contract staff should be given a permanent position in the startup.

1. All applicant must be resident of Abeokuta.
2. Position of drivers require the applicant have valid driver’s license.

Bus? 4 real? We r talking of minimum of 6 hrs journey wit itz danger if itz gonna b by road!

I guess most of us av seen d FAQ n dat shuld av satisfy our curiosity n uncertainties. I just hope they adhere 2 d instruction concerning d flight n movement on sunday, 7th of September.

sammyemite: I was interviewed by d Finance Head, Kunle Adedigba. He did say we would b treated well during d training n dat itz gonna b a 8-week training. I didn't reply on his info cos according 2 him, we were suppose 2 b invited 4 d final interview exactly 2 weeks afta d executive interview. But he did mention going 2ru 2 year rotation job.

I am not trying 2 say dis isn't a risky negotiation. But basically, d ball is in their hands. Itz all abt whether u av sumtin else on d table or dis is all u av. But itz an executive trainee program, not just any training program.

If d nature of d job is one rugged marketing, trying 2 sell houses n lands. If u wil be posted 2 on jungle town etc.

Any idea wen d training will start? All I know is dat itz gonna b 4 8 weeks but I don't know if there will b tree-shaking elimination during d training, n I hope d pay will d reasonable!

Dis waiting is really annoying! Audit folks av even done their AC n sum of them av even passed their PI, but wotz happening inside mgt consulting dept? Well, guess if 1 is really interested in MC, one will av 2 move ova 2 Accenture or Mckinsey, I guess!

Role play: I guess my session was dat d man wanted 2 c aw I'll crack wen faced wit a difficult boss, just b passion n cool; don't b anxious sha!
Leadership skills: datz just 2 c aw u can solve problems!
Mgt Interview: d coolest, just sell urself n smile while being friendly!

But I was able 2 c my score sha cos of d way d lady was folding my file! I did poorly in d maths sectn.
