I want to quickly correct here, for the sake of education, that she is not the first female governor Nigeria has had. The first female governor was Virginia Etiaba of Anambra state.

According to Wikipedia, Dame Virginia Ngozi Etiaba was the Governor of Anambra State, a state in south-eastern Nigeria, from November 2006 to February 2007. She is the first female governor in Nigeria's history.

The minsters should hit the ground running as soon as possible and my advise to the new INEC chairman is to fire all the so called miscreants in rivers INEC office for being partisan before and after the election.
