as long as your passport is valid for the first six of your study u can always renew it .

You won't get a visa until you pay the fees.
Bt your post is confusing, it is not the school that issues a visa, you must apply for that when you get admission .

the school is suppose to send me i20 which am yet to receive so I can use it to apply for visa.
