True. I grew up, did my primary education in the twin city of Sekondi-Takoradi(about our 3rd city). My parents were transferred there. Every place we lived, about 9, except 2, had toilets. And these were not zongo areas. Some places would have space for toilets, they were never provided. And my friends had same problem. I know every corner of the town so this's a 'common' feature. Hopefully things have improved
