and PDP will their hands and watch those states deliver 100% to apc? Just look at the results in all the western states controlled byAPC and see if PDP didn't garner more than 45% including some core norths believed to be stronghold of Buhari. In the s/s answer S/E buhari didn't garner up to 9% of the total votes cast!
