I never said impeachment notice. In that case the court relying on section 66 and 104 of the const said in obiter that the intention of the makers of the const. GEj's lost has nothing to do with Fayose afterall he delivered his state 16:0. Jonathan lost cos of the gang up against him as a minority simple as ABC!
