We have the independent const of 1960 wich chase d British colonial masters frm Nig and it was lata amended in 1963 wich got us as an Republican Country wich first startd the act of electing a President (Republican system of Govt) by a secret ballot and he will stay in office for 5 years...

then they Amend it again in 1979 durin OBJ regime and they added
1: Adoption of Presidential system of Govt (head of state is also head of govt)
2: More Functions of the president
3: Term of office= minimum of 4 and maximum of 8
4: Act of impeaching the pres
5: Required age of 35+ and must be citizen of Nig by birth.. and other laws..

The const was amend again in 1989 durin Babangida regime, this one brings
1: Two party system
2: Provision of a minimum school certificate qualification for an office
3: Fundamental human rights.. etc..

later amended in 1999 again, after military regime..
this result in chaingin of Two Party system of 1989 to Multi Party system

I know that People like u still exist.. 1999 Constitution is an Amendment of the earlier constitution.. They only add and remove somes laws to join it at that Year, its never a new constitution... We have been using the same constitution since 1963 or possibly since the Colonization.. Before d 1999 we have others too, 1999 constitution is being use because its d last Amended constitution..

The so called Microsoft Lumia 535 "was" a big disappointment, a waste of money and a big blow to the almighty Microsoft. Bought mine the 2nd day it got to Nigerian market(23rd Dec.,2014)I managed to use it for just two weeks before it eventually "died".
I have to return it to Nokia Care,promised to fix it,and it would be ready in two months time.

Issues observed:
(1) Touchscreen insensitivity
(2) Sudden screen zooming and failure to normalise except you restart.
(3) Slack back case
(4) Strange vibration
(5) Screen fade, this was the last issue experienced,and I have to return it immediately.

Good Sides:
(1)Very Good Camera, both primary & sec 5MP.
(2) Screen size, 5 inches
(3) Standard free applications
(4) Great colour concept

Bro, this bad side u are talking about is an error in the phone, People complain about it before it gets to Nigeria self and Nokia promise to release aan update to fix it, if u read about it online, u will find it.... u can do d update yourself and wont talk up to 20mins... but d fault is from were you buy it.. the store i brought mine from last week Friday do the update themself before handlin it over to me and till now, no problem with the phone.. Hope you have collect it back from Nokia Care anyway.
