Go to SETTINGS-CONNECTIVITY-INTERNET PROFILES-create a new acc,then enter d name,also create a new data acc.enter the apn,username and password,save it,then go back to the profile u created.then select use proxy,enter the proxy address nd port no,save nd select it nd u r good to go
