Why did they go as far as importing dogs worth 600million.....as far as we know they wouldn't be that efficient. Plus are you trying to tell me that there are no standard dog kennels in Nigeria where that purchase can be made even at a more cheaper rate?
This is why Nigeria is falling back......we can't make our own count!
