The seller 100 percent knows the phone he sold out is a bad phone.

Nothing anyone want to tell me

The seller deliberately sold out a bad phone to a customer.

If you know the phone wasn’t a bad phone, your defense would be so SOLID.

You hardly have anything to say to buttress your points

Gshems:
But wait o. The seller wasn't the one that shipped the item to the buyer. Someone came to the buyer to pick the phjne and tested it before leaving. How is that the seller's fault? Anyways, I think he should let them replace the screen for him. Asking for a full refund is unfair on the seller

Ybholy:
1. If seller is not accepting to replace with lower end, same end or higher end device, then he’s looking for trouble.

I don’t want such to happen.

2. What you’ve done to be responsible for shared bill is this;

You send someone to check the item on your behalf and ship to you. What do you think it’s the person’s job in the deal?

I STRONGLY believed he told you the item is working fine before you asked him to waybill to you.

If he said otherwise, you won’t ask him to send to you.

Did you have a warranty disclosure with the seller on the said used item?

Most sellers will tell you physical examination of device removes whatever warranty. Your doubt is what made you to send the person to examine it.

Or you think the person that went there isn’t involved in the transaction?

I’m not supporting anyone. I’ve been in your position and I know how draining it can be and how we sorted it later.

If seller don’t have other device, the item will be fixed except he has shop with other gadgets. Then, you take another one.

If he has only the item he sold to you, do you think your 310k is still with him to refund you in this Tinubu era?

Don’t believe all this phones photos being sent to you, he may not even OWN one - even the one sold to you.

He could be another hustler trying to make ends meet 😌

At 51 and haven lived abroad for many years you think I haven't been to real clearance sales events ? Tell me your definition of clearance sale ?

I have seen many iphones and MacBook posted on this particular thread with prices higher than their actual value but I can't seem to find where you call them out, why did you look the other way when they were posted ?

Please don't come into my DM again unless you're genuinely ready to buy. I appreciate serious customers and would rather spend my time assisting those who intend to make a purchase. Thank you.

I think "working perfectly" has another meaning to us in this country because I don't understand why a phone with screen burn or tv with line on screen should be advertised as working perfect. Some people will list 2 to 3 defects of their gadgets and end their advert with "aside from these it working perfect...........if your gadgets is not in same condition you brought it out new from the box then it can never be perfect.....#mycent
