Uber does not pay for cancellation fee again, they neither refund for unpaid trips by rider, they reduced the banning process, if u like, cancel all trips, they rarely answer complaints, they are going so faceless now, even the app has got so many errors...... so drivers are on their own...,..only thing they do is ' computer generated mail reply' and ' crediting acct'

a passenger rode in my 2013 toyota corolla for about 5km and paid less than a N1000 and still had the effrontery to contact uber that the AC was not cool enough; and what did Uber do? my driver was deactivated until the AC which didn't have any problem was fixed.**** just a snippet of some of the obstacles****

because we are lazy to think of a better idea to generate an income for ourselves, we see a transport business in a country where there are no roads a business idea.

My company is considering using uber for his operational calls and other logistics
But the major problem is that multiple trips are not allowed on a mastercard at same time
i.e if a trip has not ended, you cannot book another one
Therefore we are having to consider the uber for business alternative
Please I will appreciate any useful information on how this alternative works

How often do u plan to use uber, can get some uber guys to render d uber service model to ur company, while money is remmitted weekly, could come n explain better to either u or d person in charge of logistics, u can contact me plz
