There are halal substitutes in some of the courses you mentioned. There is Takaful in Insurance, Marketing is not haram except for the methods employed that determines its acceptability, etc. You can not cure a disease when you do not know how it spreads. Peace unto you!!!

Let's advice our wards and kin on their choice of course. All those problematic courses that are irrelevant "deenically" should be jettisoned.

E.g. Insurance, Marketing (especially for a Muslimah), Philosophy, among others.
