When the people of the SE, especially Enugu state, complained that the APC govt.chose to ignore the state's first eleven, and instead settled for the charlatans & neophytes, the 3rd eleven, not many Nigerians cared to listen.
But , thanks to the social media, the FOI Act, and quality investigative journalism , now a group by the name-INTEGRITY IN POLITICS-has exposed the many forgeries and discrepancies in regard to the Hon. Minister's claimed academic credentials.
According to the group, questions, questions and more questions trail the university degree certificate as well as the NYSC discharge certificate being paraded by the Hon. Minister... begging for answers. Accordingly ;
1. Back in 1985 the NYSC has always mobilised corps members *once* in a year, only in AUGUST, and for one year..12 calendar months. So, how is it that the minister served the NYSC for *13* months, instead of 12 months, from the dates on the certificate.?
2. Could the Hon minister have been mobilised to the NYSC by April 1985, almost three months before his purported graduation from UNN in JULY 1985 ?
3. The Hon minister claimed to have graduated in 1985 from the UNN, But, available documents to the group indicate that UCHE NNAJI was not among the 1985 graduating class/set of Microbiology/ Biochemistry from UNN.
4. The Hon minister got an admission in 1981 to study Geography, but could not complete the programme... But, yet, he mysteriously acquired a degree in 1985.
5. More damaging, for the INTEGRITY IN POLITICS group, is the fact that after verifying & confirming these certificates informally, efforts to further authenticate the forgery at the UNN, met a brickwall in the person of the VC of the UNN, who, for reasons known to him alone, REFUSED to grant access to the Public Document, with claims that the person with the Password with which to access the ostensibly computerized Certificates portal , was not available.

The Enugu state APC Crisis takes another turn as the Staff of the APC national secretariat issued a stern warning to the Enugu state APC chairman Ugochukwu Agballah for disturbing their peace.
Recall that the former Enugu APC chairman Dr. Ben Nwoye has been on the news for the last one week over a petition written by Ugochukwu Agballah and also signed by Minister for Science and Technology Uche Nnaji. That has brought mixed reaction on social media.
While Ugochukwu loyalists claim Dr. Ben Nwoye does not deserve his current appoint as the chief of Staff to the Deputy National chairman North, majority of APC national stakeholders are solidly behind Dr. Ben Nwoye claiming that he has worked for APC more than those fighting him today.
Early this Morning, 27th of November 2023, the staff of the APC National secretariat numbering over 50 issued a stern warning to Ugochukwu Agballah to stop coming or sending people to submit any petition against Dr. Ben Nwoye who is one of their own or be ready to be disgraced.

Group blast Minister Nnaji for his hatred for the Tinubu administration.

The Enugu APC Conscience(ENAPCO) has taken the Honourable Minister of Science, Technology and Innovation Uche Nnaji to the cleaners over his resort to writing of petitions instead of taking seriously, his mandate to deliver the Renewed Hope dividends to Nigerians.

The group during it's Enugu North Senatorial District monthly meeting regretted that president Tinubu is dinning with political wolves and will have himself to blame when these machinations fully unfold.

Why is Minister Uche Nnaji afraid of Dr Ben Nwoye?

During Nwoye's tenure as the State Chairman, APC harvested alot of votes from the state, it will take Uche Nnaji a decade to match what Dr Ben Nwoye has achieved in Enugu APC.

The Minister for Science and Technology Uche Nnaji who hails from Enugu state was reported to have been disgraced at the APC National secretariat Wuse 2 over a petition he wrote against the Former Enugu APC Chairman Dr. Ben Nwoye who is currently the Chief of Staff to the APC Deputy National chairman Ali Bukar Dalori.
Reports gathered states that the minister sent the Enugu APC chairman Ugochukwu Agballah to submit a petition asking the leadership of APC to rescind the appointment of Dr. Ben Nwoye as the chief of staff to DNC.
Opon submitting the petition, all the staff at the APC national secretariat booed and rained insult on the Minister and his lapdog Ugochukwu Agballah for writing a petition against someone they termed "A Godsent" to the secretariat. They asked the minister if he was so jobless to stoop so low to submit such a shameful petition instead of focusing on his ministry to help the Tinubu administration achieve success.

Several calls has been placed across to The Hon. Minister Uche Nnaji to hear his side of the story on how the Minister of Innovation, Science & Technology abandoned his job schedule and engaged in intera party mudslinging as he petitions the APC National Chairman to sack Dr Ben Nwoye as the Chief of State to National Deputy Chairman North, but he refused to pick up.

About 15 APC state youth leaders have cried out quietly to us that someone is sponsoring a press conference against the APC National youth Leader and they are being lured with 1000dollars each to tarnish Dayo Israel's image and to make the president choose their puppet as the next Minister for Youth and sports.

In a twist this morning, over 20 APC state youth leaders have denied the knowledge of a purported letter with their signatures rejecting the National youth Leader Dayo Israel and informing the President to Work with his son Seyi Tinubu to produce a youth Minister or make him one.

The immediate past Chairman of All Progressives Congress, APC, Barrister Ben Nwoye has accused the embattled chairman of the party, Barr. Ugochukwu Agballah of working for Peter of the Labour Party against their Presidential Candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Nwoye who’s the Mobilization Committee Chairman of Tinubu/Shettima Independent Campaign Council (ICC) said his position is a result of credible intelligence gathered on the activities of Ugochukwu Agballah.

Nwoye who’s also a Federal Commissioner representing South East zone in the Federal Consumer Competition Protection Commission (FCCPC) made the revelation in Enugu on Thursday while addressing journalists in the State office of ICC.

Ugo Agballah on Wednesday, banned the activities of Tinubu/Shettima Independent Campaign Council in Enugu State. This is about the 9nky campaign group physically campaigning for APC Presidential Candidate in Enugu State.

Nwoye said this is a furtherance of the disdain Agballah and his cohorts have for Tinubu’s candidacy which they tried everything to scuttle during the primaries but failed woefully.


Continuing, the APC Chieftain added that Agballah’s pronouncement “through his puppet is a further confirmation that he (Agballah) has been working for the Obidient family. He has worked for the Obidients even before now, after their failure to secure and shift power to the North.

“Ugochukwu Agballah was in APGA and that was where his marriage with the Labour Party’s presidential candidate began. And now he has sworn that our dear candidate won’t get any vote having seen the level of Mobilization, with the combination of what’s happening in PDP where portion of the Ebeano Political family is supportive of the emergence of our presidential candidate as the next president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Nwoye went further to state that his accusation is correct as Agballah and Uche Nnaji; the gubernatorial candidate of the APC in Enugu State have not done any single thing to support their Presidential Candidate.

“Ugochukwu Agballah and his gubernatorial candidate has not done any form of organisation for Bola Ahmed Tinubu. The only bill board they put up was done 2 days to the presidential rally in Enugu State. You will find out that majority of their billboards don’t identify with Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Every rally they go to, they identify themselves as Obidients and they say vote for me after voting for Labour Party in the presidential election.”

On why he dumped their gubernatorial candidate for the PDP’s Guber Candidate, Nwoye said he can’t support a man that not only is he unknown to the party, is colourless in character. He recalled that Uche Nnaji is the only person in the current democratic dispensation that resigned his position after winning election and not giving any reason till date.

“Everybody knows who the person they chose as their Guber Candidate is. Enugu people knows who he’s. That’s a man who took a ticket to run for Senate in 1999 to represent Enugu East Senatorial Zone. I’m from this Senatorial district, same as Senator Ken Nnamani and many other leaders of the APC.

“He won this election, the people elected him to represent them in the Senate and he became the first man in the current democratic dispensation that won a Senate seat and resigned. He didn’t resign after serving even one day, but refused to take oath of office. He didn’t resign because he got other political appointment, he resigned and disappeared.

“You don’t erase this kind of history, the Enugu East people remembers the hand he dealt them when they casted their votes and he abandoned them without saying a word. But for Distinguished Senator Nwodo who rose to the occasion, the people would have been without a representative.

“He hasn’t answered the question why? After many years, believing that the people have forgotten, he emerged from no where believing that the people has forgotten. So, the people of Enugu State to chant a way forward for the state and it’s not issue of political party but that of capacity, competency and trustworthiness. If you haven’t answered Enugu East people why you abandoned them in 1999, why are you coming back in 2023 to become the Governor of Enugu State? So the leadership of Enugu East decided to follow who won’t abandon them again after winning the election.

“In addition to that, this is a man that walked into the party through the back door, never visited any stakeholder. Not the former Senate President, not the former Governor, not the former speaker, not anybody, not even me, except when he came for registration. We registered him, he pocketed his card and walked away. Only to show up and pick up the party’s guber ticket and never came to campaign, except to go from place to place, insulting the leaders including myself. Where would anyone support him, we’ve the video where he described the stakeholders as ‘takeholders’ (sic), that they’re all thieves. This is a man that has been absent from Enugu political space, an unknown political figure in the political activities of the state. You just showed up and what to take the prime position.

“So the question is where’s the anti-party? If you have never gone to Senator Ken Nnamani and inform him that you’re running. If you’re were just superimposed on the party (because nobody contested with him) any stakeholder to tell them you’re running for the election. You brought a political outsider and gave him the ticket of the party and expect the stakeholders to follow him when all he does is to insult them (stakeholders).

Nwoye lampooned the National Working Committee of the APC for maintaining a “willful blindness” while Ugo Agballah continues to destroy what’s left of the APC in Enugu State.

The Communications Assistant to the APC National Youth leader has pleaded with Ndigbo not to play emotional politics in 2023.
They should do their calculations right and wake up from the slumber of thinking Peter Obi will win 2023 election. You cannever defeat a ruling party without all strong opposition collapsing into one strong formidable force.
Igbos should Divide their votes between Peter Obi and Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2023.

Barrister Ugochukwu Agballah, the chairman of Enugu State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been debarred from holding party office, suspended and expelled from the party.
 Barr. Agballah was expelled from the party from his Udi/Ugbudu ward, in Udi local government area of Enugu State.

According to the letter signed by Aduma Ferdinand and Onyia Francis, the Chairman and Secretary respectively of the ward, the Chairman was suspended from the party for failing to appear before a disciplinary Committee to answer to allegations leveled against him.


We gathered that a petition by member(s) of his ward accuse him (Agballah) of not being a registered member of their party at the ward.

The petition also said that Agballah has criminal charges pending against him at the Federal High Court Abuja bothering on falsification of APC party card.
Other allegations include running the party aground and making it impossible for them to win election in 2023, not attending meetings of the party at the ward; not being a financial member; embezzlement of the party funds meant for members during the last primary elections; removing registered members of the Party and replacing them with people who are not members the party and that he hasn’t resigned his membership of the PDP.

However, in the expulsion letter, the leaders of the party in his ward said he was “requested to respond to the allegations but you failed to do so; in view of the Recommendation of the Disciplinary Committee, and pursuant to the Powers vested in us as the Executive Committee of APC Udi/Agbudu Ward, we hereby debarred you, Hon. Ugochukwu Agballah from holding party Office in APC with immediate effect.
“Suspend you, Ugochukwu Agballah from being a member of the APC Udi/Agbudu Ward.
“Expel you, Hon. Ugochukwu Agballah from APC Udi/Agbudu ward.

This decision is effective immediately, and is taken in the best interest of our party.”
“Accept our best wishes in your future endeavours,” the letter which was copied to the National Chairman and state secretary of the APC reads.

In Nigeria, APC and PDP are the 2major Political parties.

As things stand today in the political jungle, the APC structure remains the strongest with all their Governor supporting their Presidential candidate. Almost all the Aspirants from APC donated their campaign offices to Tinubu and are mobilizing and galvanizing support for him.
Senators are intact. House of Reps Members are in support.
For realists like us, we are expecting APC to start losing their Governors, Senators, House of Reps members and gladiators to opposition parties for us to start taking the social media noise serious but the reverse is the case because APC continue to recieve prominent Politicians in their fold.

When someone like Adeyanju Deji continue to say APC will win 2023, it's simply because he is a realist to the core, Not because he loves APC.

APC leaders and Members are still intact 95%.
PDP is broken into pieces and will share their votes between Labor Party, NNPP and the 5% aggrieved APC members who will split their meaningless votes between the PDP and their factional parties.

APC votes are intact.
Those singing and hailing Labor Party in churches today are still the same people voting PDP since 1999.
Voting Labor Party in 2023 will not affect APC in anyway, rather, it is in their favor.
With the body Language of Kwankwaso, he might even end up working for Tinubu his friend which means APC will capture Kano state in totality.

If there will be any great loser in 2023, it will be PDP who have factions here and there, not APC but as funny as the factions seems, PDP will still finish ahead of Labor Party.

It has come to our notice that Hon Chijioke Edoga who failed in the PDP governorship primaries in Enugu State is seeking to get the Labour Party ticket through the back door.
The Enugu State Progressive Forum wants to alert the Labour Party in the state that Hon Edoga is not qualified to contest the Labour Party primaries. According to the new electoral act, an aspirant who had contested for an office and failed cannot switch to another party to contest the same position.
We are determined to approach the court to stop this illegality.
It has also been discovered that behind the façade of his governorship aspiration, Edoga is a paid mole of the Enugu State government house to void the chances of Labour Party by clinching the ticket illegally.
The PDP which has held Enugu people in bondage for twenty four years knows that the OBIDIENT hurricane is sure to blow them away from the Lion Building, they are therefore devising any ploy to stop the Labour Party.
Governor Ugwuanyi who ooprides himself as an expert in distabilising opposition parties is at it again. The Labour Party must not fall for this trap.
We shall do everything legally possible to stop this rape of democracy. Labour Party will not be a spare tyre to government house. Enugu must be free.

THAT, Members and the Leaders of PYM resolved that the Leadership of the Movement be reconstituted into a *Leadership Council of PYM*. The Leadership Council comprises of seven members, one person nominated by each political region then a Secretary General. The Leadership Council are simply First among Equals.


THAT, The Movement hereby passed *A Vote of No Confidence* on two members of her Leadership, the (now outgone) acting Chairperson of the Movement - Princess Zahara Audu and her Husband Prince Mustapha Audu on grounds of Gross Misconduct.

The Office of the National Youth Leader and Head of the Youth Wing of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Abdullahi Dayo Israel has announced its plans to host the Youth Wing of the party consisting of all Zonal and State Youth Leaders to the APC YOUTH LEADERS ONBOARDING AND STRATEGY CONFERENCE 2022 in Abuja from Thursday 30th of June through Saturday 2nd of July 2022.

The conference is aimed at bringing together all progressives youth leaders at the zonal and state level to develop and share ideas and innovations towards ensuring a victorious outcome for all elective positions in the 2023 general election particularly the success of the Presidential Candidate, H.E Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the polls.

The strategic conference will also explore practical ways to expand and invigorate the party’s youth base through data-driven deliberations and sessions on well-adapted tactics to mobilize support, broaden appeal of the party among young people across the country, and effective methods to maintain an integrated structure optimized for productive collaborations and well attuned for electoral victory and the execution of a youth-focused agenda.

The national youth leader wish to assure all young progressives at the national, zonal, state and local government level of his commitment to work hand-in-hand with all stakeholders in ensuring that all progressives youth are engaged and carried along during and after the general election. Huge Obstacle For Tinubu After June 6-8 APC Special Presidential (Primary) Convention Due To High level of Conspiracy as Gov Hope Uzodimma and The National Chairman, Adamu Allegedly Allowed Land Mines To Be Planted For Tinubu By Enugu State Chairman, Mr Ugoo Agballah.

Delegates who are members of the “Coalition Against Extreme Politics of Prebendalism” in Enugu State APC drag APC & INEC to Federal High Court; seek some reliefs including a declaration that the process which produced the APC Presidential Candidate in the June 6-8 Special Presidential (Primary) Convention was invalidly and unlawfully conducted in contravention to sections 82 (3); 84 (5); 84 (; 84 (13) etc of the Electoral Act, 2022 (as amended) and Articles 2, 7 (viii), 9.2 (I), 11(a); 20 (iv) of the Constitution of the All Progressive Congress (as amended).

The suit FHC/ABJ/CS/952/2022 was filed by the Plaintiffs lawyer, C. S. Nwaogu, Esq_ .

Looking at the case, it implies that there is palpable fear that the APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu must have inadvertently or intentionally allowed such a devastating land mine planted by Enugu State APC Chairman, Mr Ugoo Agballah during the “operation” that threw up His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives.
It’s instructive to note that in line with APC constitution, the new Electoral Act as amended and the Court Order obtained by the National Chairman himself a day before the Special Presidential (Primary) Convention, that only elected national delegates were the sole entities qualified to have voted in that Special Presidential (Primary) Convention.
This provision was conspiratoriallyviolated by Enugu State APC Chairman, in an alleged conspiracy with the man who was incharge of the Convention, Governor Hope Uzodimma and possibly or inadvertently approved by the National Chairman by illegally allowing the superimposition of the names of lawfully elected delegates with the State Chairman’s cronies and members of his Oganiru group in a coup against known democratic norms. This Oganiru group after the Congresses was assembled and foisted on genuine APC leaders as pseudo APC EXCO in other to easily decimate the Party in what the Chairman has aggressively turned into his private fiefdom while all genuine APC leaders have been helplessly displayed and shortchanged from A-Z.
At the convention, Mr Ugo Agballah was seen voting; was seen enjoying the largesse from the unsuspecting Presidential aspirants whereas he was never an elected delegate.
Out of the 51 elected delegates from Enugu State whose names were sent to INEC and DSS, not less than 32 names were removed by superimposition leaving only 19 genuine ones.
This happened under the watch of the National Chairman who did nothing to stop this obvious illegality despite the demonstrations at ICC. These actions from these actors risk the nullification of the APC Presidential Primaries.
Adamu is also aware that Agballah is a non-card carrying member of the party whose case of is still in the court and as a result it’s better to be identified as a mole in the Party. This very contending issue is still subsisting in the federal high court as well and he cannot escape a judgment against him yet he was allowed to vote.
It’s on video and appeared on National Tv where one Comr. Rufus Nwagu from Awgu whose name was superimposed with one Alphonsus Nwaofor in the fake list they made overnight; he was seen agitating at International Confrence Centre when he discovered that his name was removed. Plaintiffs did demonstrate as seen in the video also and others were just helpless looking agape. When they saw Rufus creating a scene, the Chairman took him out, manufactured a fake tag for him and asked him to surreptitiously move into Eagle Square where the voting would take place. Security agents descended on the rest of the agitators and forcefully quietened them.
Gov Hope Uzodimma was interviewed on this very allegation that was laid against him by both Rufus, the plaintiffs and other delegates who were shortchanged.
Information getting to us suggests that shortchanged National Delegates from Imo and other States are contemplating to institute actions in the court. We understand they are praying the court to nullify the convention while others are in court against Ugoo Agballah for forgery.
Even in yawning contravention of the APC guidelines for the election of delegates where it was mandatory for mixed gendering which was observed in the originally elected delegates lists with INEC but the very fake one that the Chairman produced from his library excluded women in virtually all the local governments including Aninri LG, Awgu LG, Igboetiti LG and so many other LGAs.
One can see that these people never meant well for APC and will never change as their track records suggest same.
It’s time we compel party Chairmen to obey simple rules in our party or quit than banking on impunity all the way.
People are just after making the money and killing the Party than making the money and keeping the party and if this is not carefully handled, they will make nonsense of the exercise that took place at Eagle Square.

The national Youth leader lauds the resounding victory at the election held on Saturday, June 18, 2022, noting that the votes garnered “show that people still believe strongly in the APC.”
He thanks the people of Ekiti State for keeping faith with their Governor His Excellency Kayode Fayemi, and the All Progressives Congress (APC), noting that “the people know the person and party that truly serves them, and have spoken in clear voice and unmistakable terms.”

Hon. Dayo Israel appreciates the electorate in Ekiti State for comporting themselves decently and in order, and for exhibiting conduct that indicates that the country is making progress in its electoral behavior.
He also gives kudos to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for organizing credible, free and fair election, and to security agencies which ensured that orderliness was enthroned and maintained.

Hon. Dayo unequivocally believe that youth inclusion will be a priority under Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, as was clearly manifested during his time as the Governor of Lagos State. Therefore, he charges the Nigerian youths to rally round our great leader and father Bola Ahmed Tinubu and offer unalloyed support ahead of the 2023 general elections.

The Chairman of APC Enugu Mainstream Comrade AC Ude, on behalf of the foundation legacy parties of APC in Enugu State and Enugu APC, congratulates the National Leader of APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinibu on his emergence as the presidential flag bearer of the party. It was a victory well deserved after many years of party building and development. We wish him a resounding victory at the pools, as he rallys round other aspirants and zones in the country. We also salutes the courage of our political leaders and founding fathers in South East, leaders such as Dr Ogbonnaya Onu, Sen Ken Nnamani and Sen Rochas Okorocha for making such a bold statement at the convention. We pray for unity of our great party and our dear country as we all work together for success of the party at the pools.

Scores of APC members from across Enugu State are not happy with Hon Ugochukwu Agballah for his incessant recent attacks on personalities in Enugu State.
They lament that Agballah, a factional chairman of APC Enugu State, had been practically docile since after his swearing in as chairman few months ago. Agballah had been quiet, pocketing the monthly settlement from Governor Ugwuanyi. He was at home with all that was happening in PDP. In fact, most of the PDP contestants were at his father's memorial celebration with their fat envelopes. All was normal for Agballah until the maverick Enugu politician, Senator Ike Ekweremmadu, started making efforts to enter APC. Agballah jerked back to life and started firing from all cylinders. He has called the highly revered senator unprintable names. Even members from his faction are angry with his outbursts against the three times Deputy Senate President. They are now coming to terms with the fact that Agballah is a PDP mole in APC. It is unheard of that a party chairman will go all out, including making press releases against an intending member of the party. The duty of a chairman is to grow the party by welcoming new members. But Agballah must satisfy his paymasters by trying to block Ekweremmadu.
In his interview, the chairman of the Enugu mainstream APC, Comrade A. C. Udeh said that Agballah's secrets are being revealed for all to see. Agballah was at peace with all the primaries of Enugu PDP until his preferred candidate, Chijioke Edoga, lost out in the governorship primaries. He is angry because he knows he cannot get any settlement from the winner, Barr Peter Mbah a known ally of Agballah's sworn enemy, Senator Dr Chimaroke Nnamani. Udeh accused Agballah of using the APC platform to settle his personal scores with Chimaroke Nnamani. He pointed out that it is shameful that Agballah has not gone to press to lament that Hon Nnoli Nnaji, the direct younger brother of his APC Enugu State governorship candidate, emerged as the PDP candidate for House of Representatives. He is not worried that his governorship candidate, Chief Uche Nnaji, cannot convince his immediate family to vote for him. So how he convince the over one million voters from Enugu State. Udeh said it is all scam. Agballah and Nnaji are in APC as moles to make money.
Udeh said he is however happy because the national delegates of APC are 'shinning their eyes'. They are now holding secret meetings to strategize on how to stop Agballah from making any negotiations on their behalf. This is because they have seen how Agballah had short-changed the APC state delegates who scarcely had enough money to transport themselves home after the primaries.
