It has come to our notice that Hon Chijioke Edoga who failed in the PDP governorship primaries in Enugu State is seeking to get the Labour Party ticket through the back door.
The Enugu State Progressive Forum wants to alert the Labour Party in the state that Hon Edoga is not qualified to contest the Labour Party primaries. According to the new electoral act, an aspirant who had contested for an office and failed cannot switch to another party to contest the same position.
We are determined to approach the court to stop this illegality.
It has also been discovered that behind the façade of his governorship aspiration, Edoga is a paid mole of the Enugu State government house to void the chances of Labour Party by clinching the ticket illegally.
The PDP which has held Enugu people in bondage for twenty four years knows that the OBIDIENT hurricane is sure to blow them away from the Lion Building, they are therefore devising any ploy to stop the Labour Party.
Governor Ugwuanyi who ooprides himself as an expert in distabilising opposition parties is at it again. The Labour Party must not fall for this trap.
We shall do everything legally possible to stop this rape of democracy. Labour Party will not be a spare tyre to government house. Enugu must be free.

The Leadership Council comprises of seven members, one person nominated by each political region then a Secretary General. The Leadership Council are simply First among Equals.

The Office of the National Youth Leader and Head of the Youth Wing of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Abdullahi Dayo Israel has announced its plans to host the Youth Wing of the party consisting of all Zonal and State Youth Leaders to the APC YOUTH LEADERS ONBOARDING AND STRATEGY CONFERENCE 2022 in Abuja from Thursday 30th of June through Saturday 2nd of July 2022.

The conference is aimed at bringing together all progressives youth leaders at the zonal and state level to develop and share ideas and innovations towards ensuring a victorious outcome for all elective positions in the 2023 general election particularly the success of the Presidential Candidate, H.E Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the polls.

The strategic conference will also explore practical ways to expand and invigorate the party’s youth base through data-driven deliberations and sessions on well-adapted tactics to mobilize support, broaden appeal of the party among young people across the country, and effective methods to maintain an integrated structure optimized for productive collaborations and well attuned for electoral victory and the execution of a youth-focused agenda.

The national youth leader wish to assure all young progressives at the national, zonal, state and local government level of his commitment to work hand-in-hand with all stakeholders in ensuring that all progressives youth are engaged and carried along during and after the general election. Huge Obstacle For Tinubu After June 6-8 APC Special Presidential (Primary) Convention Due To High level of Conspiracy as Gov Hope Uzodimma and The National Chairman, Adamu Allegedly Allowed Land Mines To Be Planted For Tinubu By Enugu State Chairman, Mr Ugoo Agballah.

Delegates who are members of the “Coalition Against Extreme Politics of Prebendalism” in Enugu State APC drag APC & INEC to Federal High Court; seek some reliefs including a declaration that the process which produced the APC Presidential Candidate in the June 6-8 Special Presidential (Primary) Convention was invalidly and unlawfully conducted in contravention to sections 82 (3); 84 (5); 84 (; 84 (13) etc of the Electoral Act, 2022 (as amended) and Articles 2, 7 (viii), 9.2 (I), 11(a); 20 (iv) of the Constitution of the All Progressive Congress (as amended).

The suit FHC/ABJ/CS/952/2022 was filed by the Plaintiffs lawyer, C. S. Nwaogu, Esq_ .

Looking at the case, it implies that there is palpable fear that the APC National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu must have inadvertently or intentionally allowed such a devastating land mine planted by Enugu State APC Chairman, Mr Ugoo Agballah during the “operation” that threw up His Excellency, Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives.
It’s instructive to note that in line with APC constitution, the new Electoral Act as amended and the Court Order obtained by the National Chairman himself a day before the Special Presidential (Primary) Convention, that only elected national delegates were the sole entities qualified to have voted in that Special Presidential (Primary) Convention.
This provision was conspiratoriallyviolated by Enugu State APC Chairman, in an alleged conspiracy with the man who was incharge of the Convention, Governor Hope Uzodimma and possibly or inadvertently approved by the National Chairman by illegally allowing the superimposition of the names of lawfully elected delegates with the State Chairman’s cronies and members of his Oganiru group in a coup against known democratic norms. This Oganiru group after the Congresses was assembled and foisted on genuine APC leaders as pseudo APC EXCO in other to easily decimate the Party in what the Chairman has aggressively turned into his private fiefdom while all genuine APC leaders have been helplessly displayed and shortchanged from A-Z.
At the convention, Mr Ugo Agballah was seen voting; was seen enjoying the largesse from the unsuspecting Presidential aspirants whereas he was never an elected delegate.
Out of the 51 elected delegates from Enugu State whose names were sent to INEC and DSS, not less than 32 names were removed by superimposition leaving only 19 genuine ones.
This happened under the watch of the National Chairman who did nothing to stop this obvious illegality despite the demonstrations at ICC. These actions from these actors risk the nullification of the APC Presidential Primaries.
Adamu is also aware that Agballah is a non-card carrying member of the party whose case of is still in the court and as a result it’s better to be identified as a mole in the Party. This very contending issue is still subsisting in the federal high court as well and he cannot escape a judgment against him yet he was allowed to vote.
It’s on video and appeared on National Tv where one Comr. Rufus Nwagu from Awgu whose name was superimposed with one Alphonsus Nwaofor in the fake list they made overnight; he was seen agitating at International Confrence Centre when he discovered that his name was removed. Plaintiffs did demonstrate as seen in the video also and others were just helpless looking agape. When they saw Rufus creating a scene, the Chairman took him out, manufactured a fake tag for him and asked him to surreptitiously move into Eagle Square where the voting would take place. Security agents descended on the rest of the agitators and forcefully quietened them.
Gov Hope Uzodimma was interviewed on this very allegation that was laid against him by both Rufus, the plaintiffs and other delegates who were shortchanged.
Information getting to us suggests that shortchanged National Delegates from Imo and other States are contemplating to institute actions in the court. We understand they are praying the court to nullify the convention while others are in court against Ugoo Agballah for forgery.
Even in yawning contravention of the APC guidelines for the election of delegates where it was mandatory for mixed gendering which was observed in the originally elected delegates lists with INEC but the very fake one that the Chairman produced from his library excluded women in virtually all the local governments including Aninri LG, Awgu LG, Igboetiti LG and so many other LGAs.
One can see that these people never meant well for APC and will never change as their track records suggest same.
It’s time we compel party Chairmen to obey simple rules in our party or quit than banking on impunity all the way.
People are just after making the money and killing the Party than making the money and keeping the party and if this is not carefully handled, they will make nonsense of the exercise that took place at Eagle Square.

The national Youth leader lauds the resounding victory at the election held on Saturday, June 18, 2022, noting that the votes garnered “show that people still believe strongly in the APC.”

The Chairman of APC Enugu Mainstream Comrade AC Ude, on behalf of the foundation legacy parties of APC in Enugu State and Enugu APC, congratulates the National Leader of APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinibu on his emergence as the presidential flag bearer of the party. It was a victory well deserved after many years of party building and development. We wish him a resounding victory at the pools, as he rallys round other aspirants and zones in the country. We also salutes the courage of our political leaders and founding fathers in South East, leaders such as Dr Ogbonnaya Onu, Sen Ken Nnamani and Sen Rochas Okorocha for making such a bold statement at the convention. We pray for unity of our great party and our dear country as we all work together for success of the party at the pools.

Scores of APC members from across Enugu State are not happy with Hon Ugochukwu Agballah for his incessant recent attacks on personalities in Enugu State.
They lament that Agballah, a factional chairman of APC Enugu State, had been practically docile since after his swearing in as chairman few months ago. Agballah had been quiet, pocketing the monthly settlement from Governor Ugwuanyi. He was at home with all that was happening in PDP. In fact, most of the PDP contestants were at his father's memorial celebration with their fat envelopes. All was normal for Agballah until the maverick Enugu politician, Senator Ike Ekweremmadu, started making efforts to enter APC. Agballah jerked back to life and started firing from all cylinders. He has called the highly revered senator unprintable names. Even members from his faction are angry with his outbursts against the three times Deputy Senate President. They are now coming to terms with the fact that Agballah is a PDP mole in APC. It is unheard of that a party chairman will go all out, including making press releases against an intending member of the party. The duty of a chairman is to grow the party by welcoming new members. But Agballah must satisfy his paymasters by trying to block Ekweremmadu.
In his interview, the chairman of the Enugu mainstream APC, Comrade A. C. Udeh said that Agballah's secrets are being revealed for all to see. Agballah was at peace with all the primaries of Enugu PDP until his preferred candidate, Chijioke Edoga, lost out in the governorship primaries. He is angry because he knows he cannot get any settlement from the winner, Barr Peter Mbah a known ally of Agballah's sworn enemy, Senator Dr Chimaroke Nnamani. Udeh accused Agballah of using the APC platform to settle his personal scores with Chimaroke Nnamani. He pointed out that it is shameful that Agballah has not gone to press to lament that Hon Nnoli Nnaji, the direct younger brother of his APC Enugu State governorship candidate, emerged as the PDP candidate for House of Representatives. He is not worried that his governorship candidate, Chief Uche Nnaji, cannot convince his immediate family to vote for him. So how he convince the over one million voters from Enugu State. Udeh said it is all scam. Agballah and Nnaji are in APC as moles to make money.
Udeh said he is however happy because the national delegates of APC are 'shinning their eyes'. They are now holding secret meetings to strategize on how to stop Agballah from making any negotiations on their behalf. This is because they have seen how Agballah had short-changed the APC state delegates who scarcely had enough money to transport themselves home after the primaries.

What is the faith of Enugu state APC members and Enugu at large when the so-called leaders of our party are in a serious romance with the PDP and are on the payroll of the state government?

It was alleged that Barr. Ugochukwu Abala has gained more contracts from the state government since he became the purported chairman of APC in the state than any other person in the state. One will wonder what the state government is appreciating him for?

His recent publication on his Facebook page has revealed the man behind the mask. Enugu West should be aware that Ugochukwu Agbala has started his nefarious game of anti-Enugu west. Ugochukwu Agbala should tell the people of Enugu West why he should continue to be an instrument of destruction to the people of Enugu West. Nduka Agu a case study.

The same group that used him to deny Enugu West what was rightly theirs are using him again to work against the future of Enugu West.

The people of Enugu West are asking Ugochukwu Agbala why he should be the Judas of Enugu West? Going by his antecedents, the history is about to repeat itself again.

The members of APC in Enugu State are in great joy at the news of the interest of the astute politician Senator Professor Ike Ekweremmadu to enter the party. They said that the senator has the pedigree to guarantee victory for APC in the 2023 governorship election.
Ekweremmadu is not an everyday politician but an exceptional administrator who has proven his mettle in the offices he had held, both nationally and internationally. The senator has touched on the lives of many people and has massive following across party lines in Enugu State.
In an interview, the mainstream chairman of APC Enugu State, Comrade A. C. Udeh expressed dismay on the attack on Ekweremmadu by Hon Ugochukwu Agballah, a factional Chairman of APC Enugu State. Udeh said that by this hurried action Agballah has shown that he is working for PDP. The duty of a chairman is to welcome everybody but Agballah has gone to the press to insult a valuable aspirant like Ekweremmadu.
He maintained that Agballah should be ashamed that after the shabby primaries he organised, APC does not still have real candidates in Enugu State. Even the governorship primaries was held in the tight, one plot party office. No major political party has done such a disgraceful thing. Udeh said Ekweremmadu should come in to substitute the lack luster and unpopular Uche Nnaji whom Agballah is using as a mole.
He concluded by calling on the national office of APC not to listen to petty lies from selfish politicians but to take the action that will guarantee victory for APC in Enugu State. EKWEREMMADU IS THE ANSWER!

The State Chairman of APC Enugu Mainstream, Comrade AC Ude in a statement has accused the factional Chairman of APC in Enugu Mr Ugochkwu Agballa of diverting attention from the accusation that he collected more than Five Hundred Million Naria from PDP to weaken APC by fraudulently nominating unsaleable candidates and in some cases not even nominating at all to favor PDP. He is raising the smoke screen of being lobbied with One Billion, when he has collected the money not to field any opposition against PDP. He should know that we are aware of his mission which is to kill APC in Enugu State. How can Enugu West Senatorial Zone with an A Class Minister in person of Dr Onyema the minister of Foreign Affairs and DG VON Dr Osita Okechukwu among other stake holders not have a Senatorial candidate. Mr Agballa certainly has been used to block the chances of APC in Enugu State. He should enjoy the payment for his fraud in APC and stop insulting the intelligence of the general public by accusing Sen Ike Ekweremadu of lobbying him with One Billion Naria. Comrade Ude therefore encouraged Enugu APC Mainstream to remain strong and know that the Party will soon out live Ugo Agballa and those sponsoring him.

The next ten days is a time of unprecedented high political activity across the 36 states in Nigeria. Unfortunately this is not so for APC Enugu state. It is still "buyers beware " because of the lingering crisis in the party.
There is a matter in court challenging the chairmanship of Hon Ugochukwu Agballah because he is alleged not to be a bona-fide member of APC.
The chairman of the mainstream APC Enugu State Comrade A.C.Udeh is confident that the court will sack Agballah because he is not a registered member of the party. He said there are many precedents of the court removing chairmen for such reasons including Chief Okwui Nwodo who was removed as PDP National Chairman for such a reason.
A lawyer who wants to remain anonymous said that he believes the Mainstream APC will have victory because of the evidences available.

The State Cairman APC Enugu Mainstream Comrade AC Ude has accused the State INEC Electoral Commissioner of being in bed with the factional Chairman of the party in the state to sign a list of delegates for the governorship congress without conducting any congress in the state. He alleged that Mr Ugochkwu Agballa who has being parading himself as the state party Chairman, confused the Congress Committee members from Abuja to abandon conducting the congress by instigating fear of IPOB/ESN in them. Ude wonders how the congress which was never held could have generated the result that Agballa is lobbying INEC now to sign.
Comrade Ude therefore called on INEC to desist from any unholy alliance with Mr Ugochkwu Agballa and to maintain the integrity with which the electoral body is known for. He stated that the delegate congress must be held in all the wards and local government areas of the state, which will be observed by INEC. But if the State Electoral Commissioner goes ahead to endorse any purported delegate list without the congress being held in all the wards and LGAs, that an appropriate court action will certainly be taken. He reiterated the fact that APC Enugu remain strong, will never be bought over by Ugochukwu Agballa and those sponsoring him.

That our Big Bros Hon Emma Eneukwu hid his surname - Eneukwu - to conceal his surname from Northern Leaders of our great party, the APC; whom he betrayed when he sided Comrade Oshiomhole. It could be recalled that they supported Emma during his bid with Chief Onyemuche Nnamani. When the pay back time came, they pleaded with Emma to support the removal of Oshiomhole, he betrayed them. Emma Enukwu has been exposed and could not pass the APC national convention screening. It is on record that Chief Ken Nnamani contested and won elections. He was elected the Senate President and with the support of his colleagues ensured the democracy we all are enjoying today by their effort in killing the third term agenda.
Under this present government of President Mohammadu Buhari, Sen Nnamani led the Federal Government’s Constitutional Reform Committee, whose recommendations are today being enjoyed by our democracy and INEC in particular. His contributions as a member of the party’s caretaker committee has been extraordinary. He will certainly perform better if elected as APC Deputy National Chairman South.
It is unfortunate then that Emma Enukwu and his agents could not raise any meaningful fact but to fabricate stories to support their dead campaign. All the fabricated stories and allegations especially against my person are just but false and baseless. I will not glorify their dirty campaign by going to the muds. My records in party administration and finance is clear and has never being doubted in Enugu APC. Sen Ike Ekweremadu and his PA are alive and will open up on who gave and who collected money from them. It is on record that Emma Enukwu has been the one using the party to enrich himself and to plant the seeds of discords in the party for his selfish gains.
Meanwhile, Emma Enukwu should mention any election that he has ever delivered his pooling unit or any election he has ever won for his party in his life. During Chief Hyde Onuaguruchi senatorial election i was the coordinator of the campaign in Awgu LGA, while Emma Enukwu was that of Udi LGA. I delivered more than 80% of the votes to our candidate but Emma Enukwu could not even win in his pooling unit.
During the our party’s last registration exercise Emma Enukwu as the party’s vice national chairman could not register half of the members I did in Awgu LGA. Emma Enukwu is just but a politician without home support and lacks grip of his grassroot. If he as a national officer, with all the wards in Udi LGA could not bring half of the members I registered in my LGA, then he has no right to call the party’s registration fictitious. A man without political capital, who could not galvanize party support at home should not be doing that at the national.
Emma Enukwu and his agents should therefore know that he is not qualified to contest the position of the party’s deputy national chairman. He has never brought any positive thing to the party before, during and after elections. He has never won or delivered any election in his life as a politician. If he can not bring strategies of winning elections then he has no business in contesting for any party position. The party positions in this convention is not zoned to the legacy parties, he has enjoyed that in the past, that will not work again this time. I therefore advice him and his agents to bury their campaign and support the candidacy of Sen Ken Nnamani.

I delivered more than 80% of the votes to our candidate but Emma Enukwu could not even win in his pooling unit.
During the our party’s last registration exercise Emma Enukwu as the party’s vice national chairman could not register half of the members I did in Awgu LGA. Emma Enukwu is just but a politician without home support and lacks grip of his grassroot. If he as a national officer, with all the wards in Udi LGA could not bring half of the members I registered in my LGA, then he has no right to call the party’s registration fictitious. A man without political capital, who could not galvanize party support at home should not be doing that at the national.
Emma Enukwu and his agents should therefore know that he is not qualified to contest the position of the party’s deputy national chairman. He has never brought any positive thing to the party before, during and after elections. He has never won or delivered any election in his life as a politician. If he can not bring strategies of winning elections then he has no business in contesting for any party position. The party positions in this convention is not zoned to the legacy parties, he has enjoyed that in the past, that will not work again this time. I therefore advice him and his agents to bury their campaign and support the candidacy of Sen Ken Nnamani.

The polity in Enugu State chapter of the All Progressives Congress APC have increased its riotous nature since the declaration of Hon Emma Enukwu, the Former National Vice Chairman of the party in South East region, who indicated interest and picked his Nomination form, to Run for the Deputy National Chairman South in the party.

The Chairman of the mainstream chapter of the party, Comrade Ac Ude, who has been against his candidacy on the alter that, the position should goto another zone.

Hon Enukwu had in a publication tagged "WHY APC needs Hon Emma Enukwu as the deputy National Chairman South, listed his profile prior and after the commencement of the party.

Information reaching us this morning is saying that, the National Caretaker Extra Ordinary and Convention Planing committee CEPC, may disqualify one of the candidates for APC Deputy National Chairman South who was a Former National publicity Secretary of one of the defunct parties that Formed APC , based on the fact that he betrayed President Mohammadu Buhari at the election petition tribunal in 2012.

The allegation was that, he moved to join the movement of National Unity with Umezuoke and abandoned President Mohammadu Buhari at the tribunal not minding his position as a member of the National working committee of their party.

It has also been alleged that, he collected a Sum of ₦50,000,000 from Governor Hope Uzodinma to execute this tame ambition of him.

Speaking with Newsmen in Imo, the National organizing Secretary of South East Political watchdog, Comradelll ukpai simon stated that, it would be a very big mistake for APC to allow such person to lead them in the South as the deputy National Chairman South because, he inherited a party(APP) full of House of reps members, state Assembly member, local Government Chairman and Councillors in Enugu State and lost all of them.

This he also asserted, is a sign that such a person cannot take the party anywhere.

In his reaction, a personal Assistant to one of the APC screening committee members who spoke to US on a condition of anonymity stated that, if all these allegations are proven, that he would be disqualified.

He stated that, They have received 5 petitions against the candidacy of the man from people in the zone.

He also stated that, the possibility of disqualifying him today is very large because, APC does not want more problems after the National Congress.

Moreso, There are also reports that, Governor Hope Uzodinma has denied being aware of all these atrocities committed by the Former National Vice Chairman of the party in South East.

The Governor has been alleged to have informed his allies that, he is not aware about all the allegations against the person but will seriously look into them , so as to avoid anything that will stutter his work of reshaping and repositioning the party.

UGO AGBALLAH VANDALIZE BUHARI IN ENUGU STATE.

There was chaos in Enugu APC secretariat this morning as Rejected Chairman Ugo Agballah stormed APC Enugu secretariat with 200 armed thugs destroying everything including President Buhari's billboard.

This happened following his rejection at the APC national secretariat yesterday where other state chairmen were given certificate of return and sworn in.

It got to the turn of Enugu state and the APC national secretary Sen. Akpan Udoghedeghe reprimanded Ugo Agballa from coming foward to pick his certificate.
There is news he was imposed on the people of Enugu state APC by a minister and a south east Governor against the wish of the grassroot politicians who voted massively during the state congress.

Relevant agencies has been alerted to calm the situation, if possible chain him and take him for a psychiatric evaluation
