Hello farmers,i've 45 layers that began laying @ 20 wks,since i switched to feeding chikun layer feed @ 22 wks, thier feed intake has reduced in absence of any deases. Pls what could be the cause of this?

my birds made 19wks on 23rd, they are not
laying yet but i started adding egg booster in
their drinking water. Is it right? Ur veiws will

pls, experts in the house i need to hear from u, i have 51 brown pullets @ 131 days (about 19wks) old, i feed them 96grms/bird/day, yet some still weigh bellow 1400grms. Pls is this normal? How much longer will it take them to start laying? Pics attached.

I got day old poulet (brown) from chi farms on the 14th oct 2016, they are 12 wks now. My problem is that they weigh less than 1kg, pls expirience farmers is this normal.
