An ICT company requires a qualified and competent candidate to fill this role:
Responsibilities:

Implement the company’s sales strategic plans from time to time.
Ensure to adhere to company's policies and procedures
Be responsive and timely with correspondent and problem resolution displaying a caring attitude
Be responsible for scheduling task of field personnel
To develop rapport with the customer base.
Take care of accurate information of the customers and ensure that daily transactions are in order.

Providing help and advice to customers using your organisation's products or services
Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants


Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE certification
2 years experience
Computer literate
Ability to manage customers and proffer solutions to queries
Good communication skills
