After authentication of my documents by the embassy lawyers in December last year I havnt had anything from them till date please who has gone through the France family reunion process I wanna know how long I can wait plass thank you

Who knows about France family reunion visa mine is taking a year plus now and the French embassy hasn’t release my passport since last year which I applied

Plssss how true it is it I was told a France family reunion visa often takes up to three years plsss I want to be sure I submitted my passport since last year July and till date I havnt heard anything from the embassy the only time i heard from them was in November when they sent me a email that I should verify my documents with their lawyers and After doing the. Verification and the report sent to them I havnt hard from them ever since plsss should I be worried.

I applied for the France family reunio visa since August last year during December 2018 I was told bby the embassy through my email that I should meet up with their lawyer for the verification of my document and autenticate of documents after which I did a lawyer was sent to my house to interview me and ask me a few questions and it was a success but funny enough till date I haven’t gotten my passport back this makes it the eight mo th the embassy hasn’t returned my passport for the long stay visa application I did
