Fellow PCMs, I bin dey fear before concerning the "unexplainable" act of nysc, but now , I don chill cos I don see 2 call up letters collected from schl, one from UI one from Unilag. d date it carry still remain 21th.

Just got this from a friend but don't know how through

" Stream I passing out from camp starts from 8am- 6pm today. All camp's officials of various camps in Nigeria and the ICT department will be fully committed and as such printing of call up letter for stream II is expected to commence tomorrow being 14th of May.

so from what I can deduced is dat both the ICT department where busy printing pop letter for those passing out of camp today...

thinks I can take relief from this .

if dat should be d case , dey won't at all change May 15th to " you will be notified in due course. if truly dey are busy , dey shouldn't av tampered wit our dashboard info. abi u Neva see msgs from nysc flying around?

you ar safe bro, majority of PCMs are in dat same shoe. it's only those dat initially av dere dashboard showing date noticed a change in dere dashboard.

As at now that I'm typing 08:20pm, there is no date/time of printing call up letter yet, as those initially got 13th/14th of May av gotten another one which is "you will be notified in due course". What a country we find ourselves!!!

and one of my friend typed dis on our group page " If portal no open, that one no concern me.
Once may 21st reach, I go still pack my bag dey go any camp wey enter my mind.
If i reach there, I go enter tell them sey camp suppose start that day, and therefore, I don show." Lwkmd. Meanwhile, my own dashboard still showing d msg I got April 21 " you will be notified....."

Breaking news!!Callup letter printing will be Enabled tomorow by 2pm..enugu,kwara,rivers,kaduna,kano,crossriver,akwaibom ,ogun,edo, nasarawa, Taraba ,delta, and Two more to be decided in todays Meeting. Note some of these states may be Rejected by de Director General..he will be at NYSC HQs tomoro mornin.

are those the states that will accommodate stream 2 huh

through the social media that it had cut short
the ongoing orientation exercise for the 2016
Batch 'A' by shifting the stream two till the end
of the year, due to scarcity of fund. The NYSC Director of Press and Public Relation,
Mrs Abosede Aderibigbe debunked the
rumours in an exclusive phone interview with
Vanguard in Abuja. Aderibigbe described the report as unfounded
and a clear misrepresentation of the truth,
spreading around by the enemies of the
scheme. According to her, the exercise is on course as
scheduled by the scheme, urging the general
public to disregarded the report. "It is not true, we have not postponed the
stream 2 till the end of this year as speculated.
The scheme is on course. People should
disregard the report," she clarified. Aderibigbe called on the prospective and
serving corps members not take information
as regards to the scheme's activities from the
social media

from a source someone helped me check n gave me my correct callup no n state of deployment .. I only gave him my name n states I choosed finished

not even d full name, only surname go do. checked mine wit a guy from my schl since march 23. we be 5 wey check from him d same time, 3 of dem don follow stream 1, na d state wey we see for dat guy side those 3 guys see wen dey print their letter. he ask for d states I pick, enta my surname in d 1st state I call for am, "no name found", same with d 2nd and 3rd but wen he enta my surname for d 4th state(southwest), Alas, it displayed my FULL NAME and my call up nomba. All d same, 21st go soon reach.

I found this confusing, can someone pls shed more light on this: some get this type of msg " dear name, because u are not in stream 1, u will be notified when to print your call up letter." while some were notified and got this " dear name, u are expected to print your call up letter as from 13th- 21th May 2016". Hope this won't make speculations from people that there is possibility of merging some Batch A with Batch B true huh
