You are too stupid for me to reason with you on several non-points you made, but I'd address just one, i.e your 1st point of dragging out.

By law; when the owner of a property asks you to leave (a house, land or car), and you refuse to, it amounts to trespassing and by law forceful ejection is allowed. Any damages resulting from the fracas is bore by the trespasser (s).
The exception is when you have paid to lease the property for a period. I.e a landlord can't chase a tenant out if he's paid rent.

Clearly, she hasn't paid, there was no contract. He's cancelled the trip b4 it started out of security fears, that ended the contract. Therefore she's trespassing at that moment.

Mumu, it is optional, you don't necessarily have to state the destination to start a trip, the only time it is mandatory is when you want to check estimated price.
