On a larger note, I believe that referendum should be allowed for any tribe that wishes to test if they really want to remain in this union called Nigeria or leave to form their own nation, but after saying it all, the problem the Igbos are facing today was caused by their leader in the past when Nnamdi Azikiwe said secession should not be included in the constitution due to his short sightedness, and alas, their present generation still suffer from this same human flaw.

That one ' suffering' should be another name for Nigerians, regardless of the tribe you come from.
