Doctors, Pharmacists and other Medical experts in the House, please help me out. I can't seem to understand how my body system is reacting to lack of sex anymore.

I've abstained from sex for exactly four years now. I decided against going into any relationship with any lady since my last encounter with my ex. And I don't patronize hook-up girls because I can't imagine having sex with someone I don't have any atom of feelings for. I Also do not believe in sleeping with random girls, reason I stayed away from sex until I'm ready for marriage. Another major reason is that I don't use condoms during sex, so I've got to be careful with whoever I'm getting down with.

Some nights, I would have wet dreams, get up to the bathroom to wash myself. I don't masturbate. Last night I had a wet dream again as i slept and laid on my stomach(Sleeping posture), in the middle of the night, I noticed my d**k was rubbing the mattress thoroughly and I noticed something discomforting, when I noticed what was about to occur, I tried to quickly jump off the bed, but unfortunately, while in the process of jumping off, I ejaculated profusely & uncontrollably.
