Jostapo: So this guy chatted me up on Whatsapp that he saw my ads on JiJi and he would like to buy one of my systems, we finalized deal and the amount he's to pay the delivery guy.
The location is from Ajah to Ikorodu where the system would be delivered and the rider charged 10k ((due to distance and cost of fuel) but I hard to beat it down 6,500 with lots begging and promise of continuous work with him.
When the rider got to the location (mowo wole junction, Oreta, igbogbo in ikorodu) he called the guy severally but he refused to pick and was later declining his calls. I try to reach him also but I realized that he has blocked me on Whatsapp and blocked my number too.
The rider was there waiting for several minutes without any sign of him coming forth. . I had to tell the guy to leave the place out of fear of being attacked because he said the area doesn't look like there's much inhabitants there and it's quiet.
Now the rider has refused to release my stuff until I pay him. . So technically, I'm the one who's gonna incur the charge just like that. 6,500 will just go like that.
I'm thinking of mobilizing some of my guys who are close to Ikorodu to fetch out this guy and teach him a very painful lesson. . I want to send his picture and number to them. I'm glad the rider is safe because from all indications he could be a kidnapper and thief or something more dangerous. . Who knows
I just want to have you guys thoughts on this. . Is the action I'm about to take too extreme? People who lives in ikorodu, how safe is that address he gave? Pay the bike man his money and collect your system. The bikeman has no business with the scammer. You're the one who sent him to the scammer |

Obidots aka Obidients are happy with the military coup in Niger. They want Nigerian Army to stage her own military coup so that Peter Obi and Simon Ekpa can become President. But their plans have failed. It is scattered by fire.
There will be no rerun elections and military coup. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will complete 8yrs in office and handover. By then Nigeria will be greater than South Korea, Malaysia, Brazil and India |

Politics › Re: Our Policies Are For Nigerians, Not To Punish People — Tinubu by sarkinbauchi: 10:03pm On Aug 03, 2023 |
Bobloco: President Bola Tinubu says the policies of his administration are in the best interest of Nigerians and not to punish people.
Tinubu said this in an address at the 12th National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Thursday in Abuja.
“Nigeria is going through some issues and I have sufficiently addressed them in my broadcast; we will face it squarely to re-engineer the economy of this country.
“We must find a way to satisfy the yearnings of the common man and we must ensure that all the policies we roll out work for the common man.
“Our policies are for the people not to punish the people,” Tinubu said.
He congratulated Senate President, Godswill Akpabio, the Speaker and the entire National Assembly leadership for the way they conducted their affairs thus far.
He said that all the party’s elected leaders, both old and new had gone through a process.
“Election is just a step in the process, good governance is another one.
“We have gotten the trophy; the president is standing before you and the reward for hardwork is more work. “The party has a responsibility to promote unity, stability and love among ourselves.
“And we have to fulfill your dreams and the dreams of our founding fathers; to be sure that Nigeria remains the focal point of our domestic and foreign policies,” he said.
Tinubu added that party loyalty was critical to it advancement.
,“So, we must congratulate ourselves, as democrats, those who cannot accept the results of a free and fair election do not deserve the joy of victory.
“There are governance issues and we are taking it heads on; we must oil the wheel, grease it and we are doing that.
“I have submitted the ministerial list to the Senate for screening and approval. We are in the process of establishing fully the government of the people, for the people and by the people,” Tinubu said.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that former Gov. Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State, emerged as APC National Chairman at the meeting.

Deew22: Hi guys So I have a small structure so I decided to start gyming over a month ago. I get good compliments from people saying I've added weight. I feel so happy about myself now.
However, I met a friend of mine today who has not seen me in like a month. I was surprised when he told me that I look shrinked.
As a matter of fact, I checked my weight just yesterday at the gym and I've gained about 5Kg.
I felt bad when he told me that.
Any explanation for this?
I'm thinking my friend might not be feeling fine that is why he's seeing that way😂... You've only added weight on your thighs and arms. Your face must have shrunk with your cheek bones more visible. Try and be eating well as you gym, so you don't look like all these labourer carrying Dangote cement. I mean eat more proteins, fruits vitamins and carbohydrates. Drink a lot of water too. Your face will become fresh |
Politics › Stolen Phone Vs Stolen Mandate: The Plights Of Peter Obi by sarkinbauchi(op): 9:49pm On Aug 03, 2023 |
I heard Peter Obi has recovered his phone which was alleged to be stolen in Court.
One of his aides took the phone for safe keeping while he was unaware but started looking for the phone.
Now the question is "How can Peter Obi who couldn't keep/take care of his own phone be entrusted with the responsiblity of taking care of Nigeria"?
Over to the Obidients on Nairaland to answer this question.
Secondly, if Peter Obi's phone wasn't stolen, how are we sure as Nigerians the alleged Stolen mandate of Obi was not actually stolen?
According to Reno Omokri: Peter Obi is: 1. Looking for a mandate that was not stolen from him
2. Looking for a phone that was not pilfered from him.
3. Looking for a religious war that was not declared on him.
Nigeria really dodged a bullet!
