They said that it's not ready, I contacted Sheffield, still have not heard back from them. Still waiting...

Also change the venue to Ikeja, so that u dnt go thru wht we are going through now. Best of luck.

Please has anyone who applied at the VI center gotten their visa? Coz it seems like nobody has actually gone there for pick up

I was there today, nothing yet. ive checked on their site, nothing.

plus teleperfomance does not have a contact number? do you have a number I can reach them on. I live on the island, so I was there everyday this week. They were four of us waiting today, all of us applied on the same 3rd of July and nothing. I don't knw what going on. I was supposed to travel tomorrow on a work trip, I had to cancel and change my flight ticket because of this people.

Track the application online and check.
If status is not updated, call teleperformance and ask whether ur package has arrived.
If they cant disclose that information on the phone, go there yourself today and check.
They have been having issues with their notification system and they specifically told me that even if i didn't get notified, i should check with them exactly after 15 working days

Day 17th. Nothing yet... This is not even funny anymore.

tobee: Congratulations! You were really prepared for them. Did u put all this together by yourself or through an agent?
I am going to be applying in a week's time. Please put me thru or give me ur agent's contact if u used one.
First, Some document I don't have listed here are
1. Letter of support from main student in the UK addressed to the High commission(don't really know what that is)
2. student I'd card(btw how did u get that)
3. Employment letter (I'm not working at the moment but my husband is)
4. Copy of tenancy agreement ( do we need to have rented a house before getting the visa?)
5. Creche arrangement for my children(don't have a baby, they are 3 and 6)
6. Main applicant tax clearance( as I said I'm not working at the moment)
Secondly, did ur husband or wife(don't know if u are he or she ) apply for the visa too.

Do not make the mistake of applying in VI, I applied since the 3rd, nothing yet. Apply through Ikeja.

You are so lucky, I applied on the 3rd of July in VI, i still have not heard from them. I'm beginning to have a panic attack and i'm supposed to travel to work on Saturday. I really wish I had applied in Ikeja.

Actually not all student visas are processed in Abuja, VI/Lekki applications are processed in Sheffield.

if I had known that VI applications are sent to Sheffield, I would have just applied in Ikeja. Is Sheffield slower than Abuja?

I applied for my tier 4 visa on the 3rd of July at the new VI place and till now I haven't heard anything from them. I am meant to travel out of the country next weekend for work and would need my passport. I called the UK Abuja number and was told that all VI applications are sent to Sheffield, please I need to know if there is a strong possibility that my passport will be out before Friday next week. I am so so worried. I had no idea it would take this long....

Please I applied for my student visa this week at the new Visa place in churchgate tower, VI. I have not received an email or text message from them, neither was I given a tracking number. Please has anyone applied through this new place and is this the same experience you had?

I did my TB test yesterday and I just picked up my result today.
