I guess Rihanna ain't a legend cause she does'nt sing against the government or for peoples right. Lets appreciate Wizkid as our own, his making waves and also putting Nigeria on the worldwide music map. He is currently in two songs on the bill boards top 100 and currently working on an album. Is he a Legend? No. His getting there.
