Again, members of the Aso Rock cabal have promised former President Goodluck Jonathan the 2023 presidential ticket of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), SaharaReporters has gathered.
The cabal comprising some members of President Muhammadu Buhari’s extended family and friends are the powers behind the throne.
This group is said to have the ear of the President, influence policy-making and determine those who get major appointments.
Sources said the cabal members also warned the President against handing over to the vice president, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo and Bola Tinubu, national leader of the party.
“Buhari’s cabal members have asked Jonathan to prepare for the party’s ticket. They said they don’t want Tinubu or Osibanjo,” a presidential source told SaharaReporters.
At the moment, the top contenders for the presidency in the APC are the Tinubu, Osinbajo and Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi State.
A former governor of Abia State, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, has also voiced his intention to join the presidential race.
Tinubu and Umahi have openly declared their intention to contest the coveted seat after their separate meetings with Buhari.
For Osinbajo, he has neither declared interest nor said a word on the matter, even though groups loyal to him have been clamouring for his candidacy.
Others who have presidential ambitions in the APC but have yet to declare include the Governor of Ekiti State and Chairman, Nigeria Governors’ Forum, Dr Kayode Fayemi; Minister of Transportation, Mr Rotimi Amaechi; and the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele.
SaharaReporters further learnt that Jonathan had been under pressure to defect to the APC by the cabal.
The former President was said to have surprised the northern elite and the cabal by his disposition to the Buhari presidency despite all the dirt and campaign of calumny thrown at him and the PDP before the 2015 presidential election, which gave Buhari an unprecedented victory over an incumbent.
It was learnt that some cabal members had also been impressed that despite the Buhari government's glaring failure, Jonathan had not openly criticised his predecessor or his administration, much unlike ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo.
Obasanjo had written open letters condemning the Buhari government and also verbally berated it at any opportunity.

Former Anambra state governor, Peter Obi, has stated that he sees politics as a relationship rather than war as he made a surprise appearance at Atiku Abubakar’s presidential declaration event on Wednesday.
Peter Obi had been the running mate to Atiku in the 2019 presidential elections under the flagship of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), where they lost to the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Speaking at the International Conference Centre, Abuja, on why he decided to attend the declaration ceremony of what many perceive as his political rival for the top job of the nation, he disclosed that there was no form of animosity between himself and Atiku but rather a support for a leader who he admires.
“The reason why I am here is that this is new, as you know I play politics differently and to me, politics is not a war, it is a relationship and Atiku is my leader, he is my boss, he is a senior brother.”
“If he invites me for anything I will attend, aspiring for anything does not say I should not keep my relationship that is very cordial and everything,” he said.
He, however, reiterated that despite his political ambition to become president of Nigeria in 2023, he sees the former vice president as just and one who has the nation at heart.
“I am aspiring but remember I always say it, Atiku Is a unifier, he believes in Nigeria, he is a good man and every time he invites me for anything I will be there; that notwithstanding I am aspiring I want to serve Nigeria.”
Despite growing speculations of the 60-year-old making a formal declaration, he has yet to make his intentions public and when asked when this could happen, “you will see very soon” was his reply.
Peter Obi also asserted that the nation’s fate rested in the hands of one who had the capacity to handle the economic situations plaguing it.
“We need someone with capacity, competency and someone who can bring Nigeria together and someone that will tackle the economy.”
UK inflation has risen by 6.2 per cent as Rishi Sunak prepares to deliver his Spring Statement on Wednesday.

Prices rose by 6.2% in the 12 months to February - the fastest for 30 years - as fuel, energy and food costs continued to hit highest rates in a generation.
Chancellor Rishi Sunak faces growing calls to offer more support as household budgets are squeezed.
There is speculation Mr Sunak could cut boost benefits and raise the threshold for higher National Insurance tax when he shares his spending plans at midday today.
Measures he could introduce also include extending the £200 energy support scheme and cutting fuel duty - taking around £3.50 off the cost of a £90 tank of fuel.
Prices are rising faster than wages and the Bank of England thinks it could hit double digits this year.
Inflation is the rate at which prices rise. If a bottle of milk costs £1 and that rises by 5p, then milk inflation is 5%.
Since December last year, prices have been rising at their fastest rate since the 1990s. Inflation is expected to accelerate in April when the energy price cap is lifted.
This will push up the average household fuel bill up by £693 a year in England, Scotland and Wales, while a planned rise in National Insurance will also put pressure on household budgets.
Grant Fitzner, chief economist at the Office for National Statistics (ONS), said prices had risen for a wide range of goods and services, from food to toys and games.
"Clothing and footwear saw a return to traditional February price rises after last year's falls when many shops were closed.
"Furniture and flooring also contributed to the rise in inflation as prices started to recover following new year sales," he added.
Rachel Winter, Associate Investment Director at Killik & Co, said: “Inflation continues to suffocate economic growth as we plunge deeper into a cost-of-living crisis, grappling with a triple whammy of higher petrol prices, household bills, and food prices.
“In a bid to tame soaring prices and stabilise the market, the Bank of England raised interest rates for the third time in a row last week.
"This comes as economists predict that Britain could experience double-digit inflation for the first time in 40 years, threatening the economy's financial stability unless the inflationary pressure is relieved.
"The impact of an interest rate rise can take months to feed through to the real economy, and so all eyes will be on Rishi Sunak as he delivers the Spring Statement for some more immediate solutions.
“As a result, it is more important than ever for long-term savers to consider inflation-proofing. Cash savings are currently being eaten up by inflation. As we approach the end of the year, consumers should look to use products such as a stocks and shares ISA to offer them a better chance of generating above-inflation returns.”
Russia has amassed foreign exchange reserves of $635bn, the fifth highest in the world and rising. It has a national debt of 18pc of GDP, the sixth lowest in the world, and falling.

Russia today has a semi-autarkic economy, and its chief trade partner is China. The copious document signed by Mr Putin and Xi Jinping at the Beijing Winter Olympics – Entering a New Global Era – establishes a de facto authoritarian alliance.
We should take the rhetoric with a pinch of salt. They remain two scorpions in a bottle, as amorous as Ribbentrop-Molotov lovers. But right now China has Russia’s back against the West, and this renders it impossible to enforce meaningful sanctions.
The Kremlin knows that Europe has vetoed the expulsion of Russia from the SWIFT network of international payments. “The West has to do something to save face but we expect nothing more than sanctions on two or three large Russian banks.
That would be disruptive but Russians are used to this. The only sanctions that would have any real impact is to try to kick Russia out of the global financial system altogether,” said Mr Granville.
“Obviously Russia would grow faster if it were integrated into Western supply chains but in a sense the damage has already happened since Crimea. Further measures would be more of the same,” he said.
It is clear that there will be no blockade of Russia’s energy nexus. Germany’s gas dependence is so total that Mr Scholz still cannot bring himself to state unequivocally that the Nord Stream 2 pipeline should be shelved after a full-blown invasion.
Whatever is done requires the unanimity of all 27 states and will therefore gravitate to the lowest common denominator.
“Europe can’t do without Russian energy, and it has nowhere else to turn. This is not just about gas: there are oil pipelines, as well as 2.5m barrels a day of refined products like aviation fuel and diesel,” said Macro-Advisory’s Mr Weafer.
Deliveries of liquefied natural gas, mostly from the US, have slowed the depletion rate of Europe’s gas reserves over the last month, with the help of mild weather.
But they are uncomfortably low – Austria (19pc), The Netherlands (24pc), France (28pc) – and global LNG capacity is stretched to the limits. A total Kremlin cut-off would bring Europe to its knees within weeks.
The White House thinks Mr Putin cannot achieve his $400bn investment plan to diversify the economy over the next decade without Western technology, but China can plug many gaps, and there is no chance of sustaining a hermetically sealed sanctions regime at global scale.
Mr Putin has an unrepeatable chance to smash the post-Cold War settlement and reassert Russian dominance over its near abroad. Nothing on the current menu of sanctions will alter his calculus.
If he steps back from an invasion over coming days it will be for one of two reasons. The first is that the US, Britain, and Turkey have shipped weapons to Ukraine that are sufficiently sophisticated to move the needle: anti-tank and anti-aircraft missiles, and drones.
Nato’s Eastern European states have held firm. The US and the UK have mobilised their cyberwarfare capability on behalf of the alliance. Washington has made it clear that it will support a guerrilla insurgency to raise the tariff of military occupation.
Mr Putin has to weigh the risk that Ukraine's battle-hardened reservists might put up stiffer resistance than expected and that a lightning strike on Kyiv might prove harder than it looks.
Almost nothing that core Europe is now doing has any bearing on this. The EU failed to heed the lesson of Russia’s seizure of Georgian territory in 2008. It continued disarming even as Russia armed further. It spent a decade obsessing over institutional architecture, and then trying to save monetary union from its own contradictions.
It lost sight of the greater strategic imperative during the European debt crisis, when states slashed spending on modern weaponry to meet arbitrary and pro-cyclical austerity targets. These were enormous errors of statecraft.
The other reason why Mr Putin may desist is if Germany and France have promised behind closed doors to give him what he wants without a war: Ukraine on a platter, stripped of sovereignty and locked into Moscow’s strategic orbit. To call it Finlandisation is a euphemism. It is closer to Russification.
We will find out soon enough what has been going on in these private sessions but it was revealing to see the ashen face and involuntary wince of Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky as the German Chancellor spoke in Kyiv.
Mr Scholz did indeed seem to be pulling the rug from underneath his feet, deflating Ukraine’s hope of genuine independence with the soft-spoken words and careful precision of an employment lawyer, the Chancellor’s former job.
Markets are implicitly betting that a Western sell-out on Mr Putin’s terms is the likely outcome, and that Ukraine will be pressured into "voluntary" realignment – like the Czechs in 1938 – allowing business to continue as usual.
BERLIN, March 21 (Reuters) - German producer prices maintained their record-breaking rise in February, increasing 25.9% year on year mainly because of energy prices, Federal Statistics Office data showed on Monday.
The jump in factory gate costs, considered a leading indicator for consumer prices, was the biggest since 1949, the statistics office said.
The February figures continued a stretch of record increases since the office began compiling numbers, topping December and January's figures of 24.2% and 25% respectively.
The average expectation among analysts polled by Reuters was for an annual increase of 26.2%.
February's producer prices did not take into account the effects of Russia's attack on Ukraine.
Producer prices also registered a jump of 1.4% from the previous month.
Energy prices were up 68% from February 2021, the statistics office said. Stripping out energy prices, producer prices rose 12.4% year on year.

Cross River health commissioner Betta Edu, an active voice during the quelled #EndSARS protests against decades of police brutality, has joined the All Progressives Progress (APC) and launched a campaign to become the party’s national women leader.
The commissioner, once known as the nation’s youngest political appointee, pitched her tent with the APC following her principal’s defection in June 2021. She has remained a staunch loyalist of Governor Ben Ayade, who appointed her as health commissioner in 2019.
While a member of the opposition PDP, Ms Edu made disparaging remarks against the ruling APC and President Muhammadu Buhari, especially during the historic #EndSARS protests in 2020 and following the massacre of demonstrators in Lagos.
At the time, she blamed Lagos residents who voted Mr Buhari into power as complicit in the bloodshed.
“Nigerian flag with blood of Nigerians, CcCTV switched off; lights out; shot innocent Nigerians. This is Nigeria:���. Lagos state voted for @MBuhari & @APCNigeria Congratulations, you got what you wanted. Mr President you are doing well #EndSARS #EndBadGovernanceinNigeria,” Ms Edu said in a now-deleted tweet.
In another deleted tweet, Ms Edu called for the demolition of Lekki Toll Plaza in Lagos and championed construction of statues in memory of protesters who lost their lives in military fire.
“Bring down lekki toll gate permanently, build a statue for every one killed that night! Write their names in bold letters.. Let us forever remember our heroes who died for a better Nigeria. We will never forget #20:10:2020,” she said.
Other anti-APC tweets have also been deleted as the commissioner desperately tries to ingratiate herself towards members of the ruling party, apparently as part of her strategy for getting the party’s national women leader position.
The commissioner has since retweeted posts brandishing the tweets as fake news and distractions to her political ambition, which has further elicited the collective rage of Nigerians online. The APC has scheduled March 26 for its national convention, where a new set of party leaders, including Ms Edu’s national women leader race, would be announced.
But several screenshots of the tweet have since emerged, as well as an October 2020 article published after she made the demand for immortalisation of Lekki massacre victims.
Ms Edu’s decision to flinch from her previously held position and lie about it has again underscored how Nigerian politicians regularly flunk integrity, especially when aimed at a selfish end.
The commissioner did not return a request seeking comments about why she joined those claiming she never tweeted in support of #EndSARS or criticised the ruling APC and Mr Buhari.

A presidential aspirant of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu has charged Supreme Council for Shari’ah in the country to create department of political affairs to create political awareness among faithfuls towards producing a muslim president in 2023.
Speaking at the Annual National Conference and Pre-Ramadan meeting of the Supreme Council for Shari’ah in Nigeria (SCSN), held at GMT hotel, Osogbo, Osun state, he said Muslims cannot afford to be left behind in political participation nationwide.
While soliciting the congregation’s support towards realising his presidential bid, Tinubu, who was represented by the Asiwaju Musulumi of Yorubaland, Edo and Delta States, Chief Tunde Badmus stressed the need to ensure that muslims, like other groups must ensure that followers participate in the country’s political process effectively.
He adds “Other religious groups have commenced political sensitisation by creating political departments or directorate among themselves to promote their own. You should create a political wing among yourself so that it will further gear your participation in politics, it will be a good platform to support your brothers who are vying for political positions.
“There is a need for us to act toward our prayers, the emergence of a good leader but we need to partake in political activities. Almighty Allah answers our prayer through our actions so while praying let us act towards it.
“Tinubu disclosed that he would visit the council across the state to solicit support to make his presidential ambtion a reality”.

Madrid (AFP) – Thousands of demonstrators hit the streets across Spain on Saturday in protest at the soaring cost of food, light and fuel, which have been exacerbated by Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
The rallies, which took place in Spain's main cities, were called by the far-right Vox party which sought to tap into growing social discontent over the spiralling cost of living that has left many families struggling to pay their bills.
Outside City Hall in Madrid, a crowd of several thousand people gathered, waving hundreds of Spanish flags and chanting angry slogans calling for the resignation of Socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez.
"Sanchez, you're rubbish, bring down our bills!" they shouted, between patriotic cries of "Long live Spain!" at a rally demanding government action to lower prices.
"We have the worst possible government.. It's not even a government, it's a misery factory... which plunders and extorts workers through abusive taxes," Vox leader Santiago Abascal told the rally to rousing cheers.
"We will not leave the streets until this illegitimate government is expelled."
This government "is taking everything from us", said Anabel, a 56-year-old demonstrator who didn't give her surname.
"They hike the light and gas prices and say it's because of (Russian President Vladimir) Putin, but that's a lie. It was like this before," she told AFP.
"Light prices really affect (my family) because some of us work from home, and we can hardly put the heating on because the price of gas has almost doubled over the past six months."

The Oluwo of Iwo land, Oba Abdularosheed Adewale Akanbi (Telu 1) has tied the nuptial knot with a Kano princess, Firdaus Abdullahi, who is the granddaughter of the late emir of Kano, Alhaji Ado Bayero.
The wedding, which took place at the residence of the Madakin Kano, witnessed a low turnout from dignitaries despite the couples being from royal families.
The wedding was attended by a representative of the vice president Yemi Osinbajo, Senator Babafemi Ojudu, who is the Special Adviser to President Muhammadu Buhari on Political Matters; Sarkin Yarbawa of Kano and Sarkin Yarbawa of Zazzau, amongst a few other royal dignitaries.
The sum of N1million was paid as a dowry to the bride which was given in cash by representatives of the groom in presence of the present Madaki of Kano, Yusuf Ibrahim Cigari.
The bride, who is the daughter of late Madakin Kano, Alhaji Abdullahi Sarki Sani Yola, was given to the groom by the former Clerk of the state House of Assembly, Alhaji Mahmood Sani, while the Babalaji of Iwo land, Barrister Ismail Oteyeku represented the groom.
Firdaus, who is a niece to the present Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, had her diploma in Catering from the Kano State Polytechnic.
She was earlier married but her husband is now deceased.
Speaking to Daily Trust shortly after the wedding, the representative of the groom, said one of the purposes of the marriage is towards achieving a united Nigeria by allowing marriages and businesses association across the divides to cement the unity among all.
“We had a warm reception here. I’m not new here because I was born in Kano. So I’m back home.
“So, Firdaus is given back to her father. I see myself as her father so she is in a safe hand. And in Islam, marriage is a trust which you must deliver,” he said.
Also speaking on behalf of the bride’s family, the bride’s elder brother, Farooq Abdullahi Sarki Yola, said Firdaus has a good reputation and other sterling qualities as she grew between the emir’s palace and the residence of the Madakin Kano.
“We are very happy and proud of this marriage. You know in life you can’t predict where you are heading to, especially marriage.
“It can take you anywhere in the world. So we are all Nigerians and have to embrace each other and see ourselves as family. So we wish her all the best and the groom.”

Women groups under the auspices of Kaduna Women Association (KWA) have thrown their weight behind the presidential ambition of the human rights activist, Omoyele Sowore under the African Action Congress (AAC) in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
The group said Sowore was a man of the people, a detribalised national figure who is loved by the people of all regions, religions and tribes for fighting for the rights of the common man.
The group which comprised old and young women gathered on Thursday in Kaduna State in their numbers to show their support for the activist.
Speaking on behalf of the group, its patron, Andy Young, promised to work hand in hand with the women to ensure the victory of Sowore as the President of Federal Republic of Nigeria come 2023.
He called on Nigerians to jettison sentiments and support Sowore’s Presidential ambition adding that Nigeria would be set on the path of economic greatness and prosperity if the human rights activist was voted into power as President.
Sowore, who spoke at the occasion through a representative, Agena Robert Ande, expressed happiness towards the women’s courage, resilience and commitment in endorsing him for presidency.
He added that a vote for him was to end insecurity, corruption, bad governance, police brutality, impunity and all forms of oppression in the country.
Sowore promised to put an end to incessant herdsmen and farmers’ crises in Southern Kaduna and the country as a whole.
The AAC Presidential aspirant urged Nigerians to use their ballots to vote out bad and corrupt politicians who had continued to steal their commonwealth.
He said, “Don't vote for sick people who will come and use tax payers’ money to pay their hospital bills. You have to stand your ground to vote against all these bad elements that brought the country to this level.

Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, daughter of the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and former Lagos Governor, Bola Tinubu, has confirmed that her father was sick for some time.
Folasade noted that vehicles also broke down and her father was taken care of and now healthy to govern the country.
She said this amid concerns raised about the health of her father, who in January told President Muhammadu Buhari that he would like to succeed him.
At different periods last year, Tinubu travelled abroad for medical treatments, in various reports done by SaharaReporters.
On one of such, he underwent a knee surgery and physiotherapy in London.
According to Daily Trust, commenting on her father’s chances, Tinubu-Ojo, who is the grand patron of Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu Support Group, said the crisis rocking the party and its convention would not deter the party from victory in 2023.
Folashade Tinubu-Ojo said, “Everybody can say whatever they like. Even vehicles break down. He (Tinubu) was down for some time. He was taken care of; now he is healthy. It’s very obvious, we can see it.
“I believe strongly the convention is going to hold on the 26th of March, In sha Allah (God willing).”
Taking a closer look on the filling history of IPOB worldwide and Radio Biafra, not only has Mazi Nnamdi Kanu been treacherously removed as director; he has been toppled or sacked completely. His name has been entirely taken off from the filling documents.
Why did I say so?
Until Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s kidnap and with reference to his last broadcast before the unfortunate incident, he told us (as he always did) that he is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
On all his official document with reference to the documentation in UK, his official name is Mr. Nwanekaenyi Nnamdi Okwu Kanu. There had never been any public notice regarding change of name. It is definitely impossible also for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to effect any change of name from the dungeon of the DSS, where he is being held hostage.
The current filing details contain the name, Mr Kenny Nwanekaenyi Okwu-Kanu.
We all know that Onyendu has always insisted that Biafrans bear their Indigenous names. He always kicked against foreign names.
When people call in during his broadcasts, he always insisted they tell their indigenous names. If that had been the case and knowing that Onyendu has been a consistent person, how come he has a name “Kenny” to any official document? Well, that is an issue to be resolved when he returns back to us
Legally speaking (especially since there is no official notice of a change of name), the person with the name, Mr Kenny Nwanekaenyi Okwu-Kanu isn’t Onyendu. In other words, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been totally removed from the IPOB and Radio Biafra platforms. If anyone would argue that Kenny is Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, then let us see the evidence of his name change. As it stands right now ( until proven otherwise), Onyendu is no longer the director of IPOB or Radio Biafra by law.
Based on this, I wouldn’t want to delve into the issue of the position of a Corporate Director given to one Mr Kenny Okwu-Kanu. My interest is on our leader and until there is an evidence to prove his name has changed, I won’t talk about that.
Now, let us reason together. The first question to ask here is this:
* Who are those behind this abomination?
Obviously, it is not farfetched. The rejected Mafioso-Cabal criminals in the DOS are responsible for this. To prove that it was a deliberate action and that they know what they are doing; in all their mawkish broadcasts (where sacks, appointments, destruction of legacies etc. were done) they never mentioned anything about this. As sensitive as the matter is, they conspired to keep it secret.
These group of evil people have bitten more than they can chew. Everyone of them (Sophia Chinyere Kalu as number one) have proven to be the leading enemy to our leader and to over 70 million Biafrans. Anyone who takes this lightly is also an accomplice or abbetor. They are our national enemies and we must treat them as thus. Our mild handling of these kinds of people have given birth to this height of betrayal. This time, we must treat them as we are about to treat the local government personnel, house of assembly members, governors and all politicians behind the heinous crimes against our people, from the 15th of March 2022.
* What is their motive?
It is not a rocket science to know the motive of these criminals.
Remember these:
# A meeting of major significance was to be held on the 19th of June 2021 and suddenly Onyendu was kidnapped
# In the scheduled venue of the meeting slated, a principal officer was busy on phone and pacing here and there. Suddenly she tells everyone that Onyendu will not be available for the meeting, because the Nigeria government is trailing him. Same moment he was kidnapped
# Onyendu’s personal secretary gets the information of the kidnap same day. She calls Kanunta Kanu who also confirms he is aware. He charges her not to make it known to anyone
# For more than 8 days, Onyendu’s life was in danger. He was kept at an unknown location and tortured everyday until near death. Those who knew, kept on as though nothing had happened
# After the kidnap of Onyendu, Kanunta began to assume significant role in the IPOB affairs. His main target was on the finance. He fronted another account in collaboration with his accomplices to divert funds
# When Onyendu was extraordinarily renditioned and the news broke, Chika Edoziem in an online meeting with Umuada denied knowledge of knowing anything about it. He accused Kanunta Kanu and the secretary for everything, but himself
# Suddenly, Chinasa Nworu, Chika Edoziem and all their gang members began their media war against all persons Onyendu gave specific assignments; proven that the attack on Onyendu is clearly connected to his identifying of these people and practically involving them majorly in the freedom movement
# They all refused to carry out Onyendu’s orders. The Umueri account was rejected, the refusal to transfer funds to Umueri account, the illegal sacking of principal officers, the attack on ESN, the destruction of legacies of Onyendu i.e. the cancellation of the Hero’s Day etc.
# In the midst of the whole thing, Kanunta Kanu reveals that the rejected Mafioso-Cabal in the DOS know more about the kidnap of Onyendu than him
# More confessions began to spring up. A lady came on line to tell us the offenses of Onyendu that led to his ordeal. She said his offence is that he recognized Simon Ekpa and the “Covid 19” entrants into IPOB. To them this is an offence against them
# All potent weapons that would create a “Security Interest” situation, to force the government of the contraption to free our leader and fix a date for referendum are being fought against by these criminals
# The rejected Mafioso-Cabal in the DOS are totally on same page with the government of the contraption called Nigeria against the sit-at-home, economic sanction etc.
Link all of the above to the removal of Onyendu’s name as director of IPOB and Radio Biafra. It is clearly evident that their motive is to eliminate Onyendu. This is a direct attack on our nation BIAFRA. It is tantamount to a declaration of war.
Is it not crystal clear that removing Onyendu as Director and replacing him with his secretary proves that there has been an underground plan and still ongoing to eliminate him? These group of people are convinced that he won’t make it alive. They are doing everything possible to make this happen. In collaboration with the zoo government, they refuse him access to uncompromised medical treatment, in spite of the effect of the physical, mental and emotional torture he underwent and still undergoing. Their plan is to make his death look natural. But that is impossible. Onyendu will live and come out alive to enjoy the fruits of his labour.
The cancellation of the Hero’s Day, made by the criminals on their first year’s broadcast is another proof of their plot. They are not expecting Onyendu to make it out. To them, removing him from the way is a done deal. In the same vein, the plot to sack him had been ongoing even before the year began and was finally completed in January 2022. These are clear evidences of treason against our leader and the nation of BIAFRA.
THE ANALYSIS
Our leader made a significant point in the year 2020. He was very pleased with the women coming out fully to fund and invest in the Biafra project. He said particularly that the day our women will join the struggle, BIAFRA is already achieved. He was right and is still right. This influenced his decision and plans. He instructed that only women should be in charge of the finances anywhere in the world under IPOB.
The enemies realized this. The men who had been handling the finances felt spited. Their grievances and bitterness began to grow. It affected Uche Mefor and others who decided to fall apart to join the enemies to begin a blackmail agenda from without.
Those who didn’t leave, but also affected began to devise devious means to bring Onyendu down. They began looking for loopholes to get him off their way. This cumulated to several factions/cabals within the struggle
Since Onyendu trust the women most, they saw it as a weakness on his part. Because criminality is never masculine, they found willing tools in people like Nnennaya Anya and others, who were ready to play ball. They pitched their tent around her and her likes and she endorsed.
But there were problems. Why would Onyendu appoint an auditor? They queried. She refused to play ball. She is an obstacle to the continuity of their loots and plundering of IPOB’s finances through the willing women. To get rid of her is to first get rid of Onyendu; since Onyendu is not yielding to their suggestions.
At this point, the evil plot to eliminate him intensified. If he is out of the way, they would get rid of accountability, transparency and order. Dr. Nelly represents that. As an auditor, she was on their neck to give account of monies being collected. This was unacceptable to them.
EXECUTING THE PLOT
They kidnapped Onyendu. Their intention is that he be killed, but Elohim did not permit.
Didn’t you notice? The moment Onyendu was kidnapped, they began making calls to win more people to their cabal so that they can outrun those targeted to be removed.
A call was made to Simon Ekpa. If they can win him over, they would have achieved a giant stride. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is no more an obstacle; he has been taken care of. Mazi Simon Ekpa must be brought to their side; then people like Dr Nelly can be easily discarded.
It didn’t work as planned. Simon Ekpa declined and the game changed.
They employed the game of manipulation, blackmail and propaganda. They truncated the order of Onyendu who told them to give a slot to Mazi Simon Ekpa on Radio Biafra. To make it impossible for that order to stand, they introduced a clause and placed it before Mazi Simon Ekpa. “Give up your platforms in exchange for the slot”. Of course, no reasonable person would do that. They know it; hence, they adopted that strategy as a means of blackmail, which their sewage-rats will have to use for the propaganda.
They began funding the sewage-rats to attack him and that was how the game changed. They still went ahead to adopt frivolous reasons to make sure that those who pose a threat to their “nzama” are sacked.
In all of these, Chiukwu Okike Abiama Elohim had designed to expose them through their own activities. They will with their own hands plot their own downfall.
Here we are today. They have been rejected by the people. In the midst of the rejection, the biggest betrayal was exposed. Nine days after they were rejected by the people through an an online pole, the full evidence of getting rid of Onyendu was revealed. Now, Biafrans have before them, the greatest evidence of the betrayal of the great leader of the black race, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
And as evident; since Onyendu trust women over the men, they used a woman to achieve the coup d’ tat. Sophia Chinyere Kalu who is well trusted by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, so that he made her the secretary of IPOB worldwide became the willing tool for this demonic, diabolic and devious act. So cruel and wicked. So evil, repugnant, pathetic and unbelievable. How wicked people can be, for things that are inconsequential.
The same women Mazi Nnamdi Kanu praised to have joined the struggle and believed he could trust better in the dealings of the movement; few of them submitted themselves to be used against the program and project of Elohim. They and their male counterpart have crossed the lines and will not end well.
* Who is their adviser?
For such high level treachery, there is someone or people who have been positioned as advisers and backbone support.
In this instance, these criminals have their advisers on all fronts.
# Political Front: The politicians in the contraption and in Biafraland are behind them. They are funded by them.
On the exposed conversation of Ogbuefi, he revealed so many things. One of the things revealed is this: Chika Edoziem and Chinasa Nworu were in Nigeria in December 2021 to meet with the politicians in Abuja and Biafraland to be paid.
# Religious Front: Obviously, they have been patronizing some religious and traditional witch-doctors for fortification and protection. This is evident in the activities of the Biafraland Coordinator, the Master Profit Puppet and all their so called spiritual representatives. They are part of their spiritual advisers and are paid from the monies contributed by Biafrans to the struggle.
# Economic Front: This is an extension of the political paymasters who are not necessarily politicians. They are in partnership with the politicians.
They are made up of the compromised traditional rulers sociocultural self-styled leaders (i.e. ohaneze) and others in this category.
They were behind the manipulation to ensure that the Anambra election was held. They used that gimmick to manipulate Biafrans to come out and vote. Both them and the criminals in the DOS are in the game of deliberate manipulation.
The motive for all these shenanigans is to get rid of Onyendu, turn the BIAFRA struggle to a political front by converting IPOB to a political party for their political interests and to continue to subjugate the people and make money and more money for themselves. They are all carrier idiots.
* What is the implication of their action?
The sacking of Onyendu does not have any direct implication on the people of BIAFRA. To us, Onyendu is our supreme leader and will continue to be.
Although in the legal sense, it means that Onyendu is no longer in charge or in the position of control, our major target is to get him freed and every other thing will fall in place.
Even though we are aware of the legal implication, we can always correct that when he is out.
This is a call to all Biafrans.
To end all the suffering of our people; to free our leader and crumble the zoo, the sit-at-home must be obeyed extensively and without reservation.
The economic sanction level 1 & 2 should be further executed to the later. This is our mandate; there is no retreating until we achieve the freedom of our leader for our own freedom to be complete.
Anyone who has followed events and their unfolding carefully and consciously since the 29th of June, 2021 when the news first broke that Onyendu was at High Court in Abuja till date will never underestimate what these Savages can do and the extent to which they can go to carry it out.
To those conversant with the history of freedom fighting, one constant law is that no dull moment is allowed at any point until victory is achieved; especially when the leader is arrested, how much more “kidnapped”.
The unfolding events from when the news of the “kidnap” went viral till date tells a story of conscious and premeditated betrayal and sellout.
To millions of Biafrans, it is still unthinkable that the leader of over eighty million people Worldwide got “missing” just like that without trace for at least ten days.
That a man of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s caliber who should have security details and intelligence planted around him especially when in Africa, got missing, landed in his enemies camp and if not for the media in Nigeria who saw him been shoved into the court hall (hooded like a common criminal) through the back door, the Nigeria government would have secretly judged, sentenced and prosecuted him without anyone knowing!
It’s an established fact that it was several hours after the media went agog with the news of “Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in court” that the Nigeria government came on air to announce how they “arrested him in a joint sting operation with the Kenyan government”.
After this shameful exhibition of stupidity by the Nigeria government that the bitter truth got manifested: Onyendu has been missing since 19th June, 2021 with no news whatsoever!
Could it be possible that Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu stayed or moved without having even one person attached to him who would have raised alarm?
If this does not get you thinking, then something is definitely wrong with your thinking faculty!
An obvious thing that happened was that after the news of Onyendu’s kidnap had gone viral, it took almost one whole week for the so called Directorate Of State, DOS, to address the Biafran nation on their missing leader in a speech that was as drab as watching a wet paint dry.
At this point, Biafrans had waited to hear something tangible from the leadership, and when nothing was forthcoming, Biafrans began to shift attention towards Simon Ekpa, the only voice that sounded like that of Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
They introduced a fake sit@home when they realized that Biafrans were becoming suspicious and withdrew it at the command of their Zoo Nigeria slave masters after the first week became hugely successful.
Then came the issue of the first order from Onyendu in detention that Simon Ekpa should broadcast on Radio Biafra. Instead of obeying this order, the criminals in leadership who knew what they had up their sleeves took to fighting Simon Ekpa dirty for six whole months!
Their romance with the Nigeria government went public as they added to their record the incessant killings of our ESN personnels and various demolishing attacks on their camps. They sabotaged our men at all fronts, even starving them to ensure that they had no reason to remain in the bush defending our farmlands and territories anymore.
Everyday we were greeted with the news of our gallant men falling. The game plan was to decimate the heartbeat and soul of the Biafran struggle, ESN and when this is achieved, they would bring their other evil plans to fore without fear.
Unfortunately for them, Dr. Nelly Oforegbu had risen to the responsibility of exposing the evil activities of these people as at the time, coupled with the unwarranted fight against Simon Ekpa, people had began to add one and two…
These people continued to carryout their plans to destroy everything Onyendu built as they wanted the British government to deregister Radio Biafra by December but shamefully retraced after Simon Ekpa’s exposition on the issue.
The Anambra elections was the peak of it as Chika Edoziem frustrated Biafrans at the dying moment after they had shopped and prepared fully for one week sit at home. This was the straw that broke the camel’s back as even the blind could now see the sabotage in everything!
The expositions that Simon Ekpa has made on these people for the past two months of their evil dealings did not help their course either and so Biafrans finally sacked them on the 28th of February, 2022
It is also noteworthy that while Simon Ekpa was busy exposing these criminals, they seriously embarked on their last assignment of changing the documents of the leadership of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB and the Radio Biafra.
Recall that they had earlier reregistered IPOB as a limited liability company, LLC thereby deregistering it as an incorporation. So to perfectly clean their slate, in January 2022, they successfully resigned Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as both the leader of IPOB and Director, Radio Biafra without any public notice.
Also recall that Nigerian Presidential spokesperson, Garuba Shehu once boasted that “by the time they would be through with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, there would be nothing like IPOB”.
Why would anyone think of removing Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as both the leader of IPOB and Radio Biafra? This is the question the legal team should be made to answer!
Is it not inconceivable that the legal team members, Ejiofor and Ejimakor went ahead granting Sahara Reporters interview that the general public should ignore such a heavy crime, dismissing it as a rumour! What other name can be given to sabotage?! Is this part of their political solution? Another Uwazuruike story ending?
Do not also forget that in a leaked phone call audio, that Chika Edoziem was said to have gone to Imo state government house on the 30th of December, 2021. Should I conclude that he went there to let them know how far they have gone in destroying Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s legacy?
In all the broadcast of Onyendu, he usually introduce himself as the leader of IPOB and the Director of Radio Biafra. Is the legal team trying to tell us that they are protecting Onyendu by wicked and reckless action?
As I write, one Sophia Kalu, a South African, is the Director of IPOB and IPOB as an entity is the Director of Radio Biafra. Not just that, they have gone as far as moving the address of Radio Biafra to one getto in London.
Some people argue it was order from Onyendu and I tell them it’s a lie from the pit of hell. If Onyendu had in anyway given the so called consent, it would be because he had seen all their betrayals and has chosen to allow them expose themselves so the whole world can see what he, Onyendu has suffered in their hands!
It is never because they want to protect Onyendu because he committed no known crime against anybody. Self determination is not a crime anywhere in the world so why would anyone want to change the position of Onyendu if not for mischievousness?
The summary is simple: Nigerian government planted Nnennaya Anya in IPOB to destroy it! Everything about her was a cloning to deceive Onyendu.
It’s a known fact that every embassy staff is a trained spy of the country he or she represents. The Zoo Nigeria government planted her in the Biafran struggle, she got homogenously linked to those in IPOB leadership who wanted to do business with the movement, and everything manifesting today is the conscious effort of the Nigerian and British government to sink Biafra forever!
The one thing they never envisaged is that when G-d is involved, man’s efforts would end in futility. They never knew how much G-d had prepared Simon Ekpa. They never anticipated that another would arise so soon and so fast.
While they have gotten to the peak of their plans by removing Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as the leader of IPOB as an organization, the Biafran Liberation and Restoration has gone into full Autopilot, it has left the hands of the criminals, it’s now in the hands of Biafrans.
These people would have completely messed Onyendu up and left him at the mercy of his enemies to languish in jail while they live big on the funds of Biafrans.
All glory to Almighty Elohim who did not leave us without help. Simon Ekpa is called for a time like this. The Sun has risen, it shall wane no more!

The GTI, published by an independent and non-profit think tank, the Institute for Economics & Peace (IEP) indicated that Nigeria, Syria, and Somalia are the only nations, among the 10 most affected by terrorism, to get an improved score from 2020 to 2021.
According to the report, there was a decline in the number of terrorism-related deaths in Nigeria. It attributed this to the death of Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau, and the Federal Government’s efforts at defeating the group.
“Total deaths from terrorism in Nigeria fell to 448 in 2021, the lowest level since 2011. Terror-related casualties dropped by almost half compared with the previous year. However, the number of terrorist attacks increased by 49 per cent between 2020 and 2021. 36 percent of attacks were claimed by ISWA, Boko Haram being responsible for eight per cent and 44 percent not attributed to any group.
“In 2020, ISWA became the deadliest terrorist group in Nigeria. The decline of Boko Haram continued into 2021, with Boko Haram responsible for only 69 deaths, a decrease of 77 percent from the previous year. This is the lowest number of deaths by the group for a decade. Boko Haram’s decline has resulted in a substantial improvement in terrorism in Borno State, which experienced a decrease of 71 percent in terrorism deaths when compared with the prior year,” the report said, which was published on Wednesday, read.
“Attacks in the state also decreased from 121 to 86 respectively, a decrease of 30 percent. The state, however, remains the hardest-hit region in Nigeria for terrorism, accounting for half of all terror-related deaths in 2021. Boko Haram’s decline coincides with a number of factors, most significantly the death of the group’s leader, Abubakar Shekau. Shekau, who committed suicide by detonating an explosives vest during a confrontation with ISWA in May 2021.
“Given the demise of their leader, Shekau’s followers were faced with the decision to either continue Shekau’s ideology or join ISWA. It has been reported that as many as former Boko Haram commanders have joined ISWA after Shekau’s death. Attacks by ISWA as well as counter-terrorism efforts by the Nigerian government and foreign military forces have significantly weakened Boko Haram’s impact in Nigeria.”
Bruce Fein, the American lawyer of the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, has written to Ifeanyi Ejiofor, a member of Kanu's legal team, urging him to immediately refrain from representing the agitator.
In the letter, obtained by SaharaReporters, Fein noted that Ejiofor was not eligible to defend Kanu against the Nigerian Government's amended charges in the court, citing a pending lawsuit instituted by a businessman against Ejiofor over an alleged fraud of N5.6 million.
Fein pointed out that Ejiofor had a case to answer and that the allegations were not concocted by the Nigerian government to preempt his representation of Nnamdi Kanu.
The American lawyer, therefore, urged Ejiofor to immediately withdraw from Kanu's legal team. The letter reads, “How can you be blind to what all the world can see and understand?
“According to the public record, you have a blatant conflict of interest in representing Nnamdi Kanu to defend against the Federal Government of Nigeria’s amended charges in the Federal High Court of Nigeria, Abuja Judicial Division Holden in Abuja, Charge No: FHC/ABJ/CR/383/2015 in violation of Rule 10 of the Nigerian Rules of Professional Conduct.
“The public record shows you have a conflicting interest to sabotage Nnamdi Kanu’s defense in exchange for leniency or a pardon in the pending fraud prosecution against you in FRN v. IFEANYI EJIOFOR & 2 ORS, CHARGE NO. CR/950/2020, Court No. 3, FCT High Court, Maitama, before Honourable Justice M.E. Anenih. The next hearing in your prosecution is scheduled for March 30, 2022.
“The public record establishes that the fraud charges were not concocted by the FGN to preempt your representation of Nnamdi Kanu. The record shows the charges were triggered by a complaint from a private businessman with no political or other ulterior motive to defame or handicap you: Okpala Comas Ikechukwu.
“Among other things, he stated in a complaint to the Economic & Financial Crimes Commission that you defrauded him of N5,600,000.00 by conspiring to represent forged land or title documents as authentic. “Nothing in the public domain demonstrates that you shared your conflict of interest with Nnamdi Kanu and received his knowing and voluntary written consent to represent him notwithstanding the conflict.
“You are saddled with a professional and personal duty to recuse yourself immediately from further representation of Nnamdi Kanu and to apologize for your neglect to do so earlier. “As the Bible preaches (Matthew 6: 24): 'No one can serve two masters.' I expect you to do the right thing.”
