Too many rules in islam. It's all religion and no spirituality.

Who has noticed this

Not a bad result. The amount of normal sperm cells (38million) is within normal range (>20million) and almost everything else is fine. However the percentage of rapid cells (fast swimmers) is just borderline (30% as against minimum of 32%).
Overall an acceptable result but you'll still benefit from sperm boosting diet and multivitamins

Moreover, having special delicacy for sahur and iftar would make them attracted to fasting more easily. When I was home, I rarely eat sahur without meat.

I started fasting around 7-10, but with lot of scope when I don't know the essence.
