Hello,

Whom among those shortlisted for the IELST test has successfully completed the filling. It's tough for me because the test taker aspect keeps loading.

Please when is the deadline for the completion of fiLling.

Thanks!
Hi Idiamiezeh,

You have to act fast (well based on the first mail we got, we are to send the confirmation mail to them by May 8, 2015). This also happened to me when I was trying to apply. All I did was to refresh the page and it was normal. In your own case, if you refresh and it is still the same then you have to try another means. Maybe the internet speed is slow.

I hope this information helps.

Regards

Hello friends. I was shortlisted and I've replied the mail confirming my venue but I've not been replied. I thought they said:

"After you confirm your attendance, we will send you a form which you will be required to fill and return along with a scanned copy of the data page of your international passport to nlngpgscholarship@ng.britishcouncil.org. This must be completed on or before Friday May 8, 2015."

Has anyone shortlisted received the form?
Hi Idiamiezeh, I haven't received the form also.

That said, don't be surprised if some of those guys that scored 90 do not make the final list. They use like 3 criteria if I'm not mistaken. So, let's keep our fingers crossed. It is not over until it is over.
I know O'Levels and Aptitude test result are part of the criteria. What is the last one?

Hey Planetshaker! I discussed with a friend who advised me to prepare for the test by practicing questions in the GMAT. What will be your opinion on this. Also, I will like to know how the 100 questions was arranged; was it, for instance, categorized in this manner 40 quant, 40 verbal and 20 current affairs or just mixed?

sirRiddy:
Sorry for the late response, bro. I just got access to the internet, hope it is not belated. Mail me for further clarifications.

1) You need to get a mastercard from your bank if you do not already have one. I used gtb and I heard access works fine too. Also, activate your internet banking (the bank will direct you on how to do this).

2) Open a paypal account and register the mastercard with the account on paypal.

3) Get your account verified: This will prompt you for a four-digit code which you will have to get from your bank statement. Paypal sends the code to your account to ensure that you own it. To retrieve the code, you need to access your transaction details on your bank statement using the online banking medium.

4)Thereafter, open an account on ets if you do not have one already. Register all the details required and proceed to payment. To pay, you choose the 'pay with paypal' option.

You should have at least thirty five thousand naira in your account to do this. The exam costs 195 dollars but the bank would deduct 2200 naira for token if you are just using internet banking for the first time.
Thanks for the information. Did you use your Gtb token for this whole process?

It is called jkk or something at ilupeju.
I did the registration online and it cost me 200dollars or 32400.
I was a bit apprehensive when trying to do my registration too but it all turned out well, thanks to lovely guys here.
Thanks. I know JKK close to palmgroove. Please, if you do not mind, can you mail me the procedure; what exactly you did, so that I do not make any mistake. Please.

You cannot get an october date, bro. I cannot tell if a november date is available though. I scheduled a december date and paid using gtb mastercard and paypal. Don't rush into anything so you do not make a mistake; wish you the best.
Thanks for the info sirRiddy. So in which of the centres are you writing it? Is it in Nigeria? Was your application strictly online? and how much did it cost you to apply?

Waiting for your reply.
