akeensbussy:
i don't know why most Forex traders here always draw line before they analyse the market....ordinarily, the candle stick formations gives more information of next line of action.
Here is why, candlestick formations as a standalone tell nothing if they occur randomly on the charts. They are signals that show you what price is doing at a particular level [line as you call it].
As a matter of fact, you can trade just levels on a chart without anything else, that's how I generate a bulk of my trades, no patterns, candles or indicators, just lines.

Look at the Kiwi trade I called, that entry candle is one of the most bullish candle patterns you can find, but whilst you're focusing on a strong candle stick formation, I'm looking at that point being a supply zone and a trend line resistance, see how price reversed sweetly? Candle sticks are good signals, but the general overseer of them all is LINES at key LEVELS. You should see those charts that the real pipmarshall aka PJAMES1 used to post, just plain lines.

NZDUSD 6456 not a bad sell area.
I should start learning to summarize matters like this. Gbam!!! cheesy

I love these kind of channels as well and ordinarily I would have been buying this but like I mentioned earlier, you have to look at the bigger picture always first.
Look at the weekly, their was a break out of that resistance the week before last, but as at the last week's close, it was back below the resistance which was now supposed to act as support [which is also the W1 50fib, a very strong Fib], so it was actually a weekly fake breakout or a fake out [a fake out on a W1 is a big deal!]
Down to the daily, look at how many days that could not close back above the same resistance at 0.7025 [which coincidentally - CONFLUENCE OF FIB LEVELS/S&R on different TFs, is also the 38fib on the daily]. There is only buy and sell in the markets, if for 5days your money no reach to buy a full bag of rice, you look lower then use the one wey you get, manage buy small cups of rice first until better money enter your account [liquidity].
The channel on the D1 has also been broken and is presently being retested.
Always look to HTF for permission. Think about it, you visit chairman house, him young son offer you champagne, you don drink half finish before popsy come back start to para say him get that bottle since 1992 as vintage collection and dem no dey pop am! cheesy wink
forendals:
Look at this
My bias still remains bullish
See how perfect the channel is, anyways, perfect is not perfect in this business.
If it breaks out, I'll change my bias.

BusinessRe: Forex Trade Alerts: Season 20 by saxy4c(m): 10:56am On Jun 20, 2020
All TF bro. The higher, the more reliable setups are. Personally I use the 4H as least but atimes M15 when I dont feel like risking more than 10/15 pips grin

Identifying these patterns is good, knowing how to execute them is even better, but the Oga kpata kpata of them all is money management. Don't say because you've found a reliable system, you now get over confident, that's when you'd see that the 5k it took you 4months to grow to 50k just vanish in a space of 24hrs. Discipline is the grandmaster in trading.

Try join the group on telegram sha, readily available stuff and highly resourceful people wey pass me sef dey.
Nothing about being a genius in this thing. I was invited to a group were a couple of NIGERIAN teenagers discuss trades and levels with sweet setups. I couldn't last for more than a few days, either maybe my head couldn't wrap around how people half my age could get it like that or maybe because their blood too hot and I don't know to keep up with all these "shit men" "f***" and all the profanity that seems normal nowadays. But they are very still eager to share in simple terms so I could recommend if you're up for it.
In summary, unlearn and unhear what you know about this thing, I try not to say forex trading is easy but it is definitely not hard. Chikenan!
karkinase:
Saxy4c, you a genius man. All dis chart patterns..which timeframe is ideal for spotting them.
BusinessRe: Forex Trade Alerts: Season 20 by saxy4c(m):
I listed most in the post before this and that's rightly a H&S formation on the AUDNZD but the inverse.
You can imagine if I had seen this Gold rising equidistant channel, [I love trading this, you can catch bull and bear swings and still be part of the general trend] on time, I'd have jejely held fast to my 1794 and forget about the trade till it gets to 800pips, which should come by next week, especially if she closes like this.
Nice one.
forendals:
Spotted this
Actually bought.
Buh had to endure the takeouts for the past 3 days.
Hit my TP1 of 1744 today
BusinessRe: Forex Trade Alerts: Season 20 by saxy4c(m):
Thanks bro but I wonder why you're wishing for easy stuff that's readily available.
I just look out for candle stick confirmations especially on high time frames.

Then I work basically with channels and chart patterns like wedges, flags, pennants, W and M formations, megaphone patterns ,cup and handle, the beast etc. Spend a few weeks identifying these things, you don enter market become babaloja be that. Don't let the fear of what you seem not to understand limit you bro.

It's the pitch fork bro. Although I drew these manually,
the Daniel pitchfork tool on your mt4 can get it done as well.
Bornfool:
Pls what price action pattern is that?
BusinessRe: Forex Trade Alerts: Season 20 by saxy4c(m): 7:06pm On Jun 19, 2020
I've become bullish with this lady especially after seeing how price has been playing out.
Classic market psychology in effect here. Everyone wants to sell, the market makers show you glaring reasons to sell at these levels then boom, they buy!

She is not the see finish type and would just disgrace somebody anyhow. These 1745 levels, Not a bad level to try sell sha, but I feel Gold is looking for 1780/1800 before month's end, then sell mad in July [I'm still looking for sell ultimately cheesy]
Before and after. 1721 was the low.
saxy4c:
Gold should 1721 be the low? If it follows the pitchfork then 1735 is in its way.

Fantastic trading here bro.
voraz:
AUDUSD hit SL but we got a nice re-entry (+90 pips) on the Fishers Edge group (-31 pips)

NZDUSD running 120 pips combined
From current market reaction, we could see a quite strong pushup at the . 6400 region.
I'll exit there for a combined 170pip profit and then take a small buy with a 20 pip SL

USDCAD never got us activated.
I'm watching for a sell to buy again later

My brother, I use the simplest methods to achieve my results and it's from patterns that I see repeat themselves over and over again. I've posted practically all of them here and if you find them, you'd do very well grin
Now look what I quickly saw in your charts that gave me an awesome RRR fir buy as compared to sell.

Oh i forget you are new on here. VAP - Very Accurate Pattern. It's a strategy involving setups where you get every single trade correct. It involves two very mysterious factors - Entry and Exit but it only works best after price has moved, never before.
Below are a few examples of CADJPY and EURAUD. Entry to Exit trades grin.
Bornfool:
I no Sabi d vap man level u dey put me ontop

saxy4c:

A sell stop at 1205 and lower SL of 1275 should take us to same price projections.

Lolx, my system gave me a false entry. The red line was my supposed support but then it broke. I will be looking for a buy setup on the green line since that's the main support.

BusinessRe: Forex Trade Alerts: Season 20 by saxy4c(m): 6:36pm On Jun 17, 2020
I'm looking at it from the side of forming the final leg of a W. Which although aggressive, gives me more room for potentially large targets to the upside.
I expected more volatility with that last touch of the neckline considering price has tested there so many times. Whatever it does, risks covered abi?
Tonyfx:
This pair seems to be breaking the neckline of the HnS. Just so u know
