I read a bookThese guys learnt how to trade in two weeks and went on to be one of the most successful stock traders in that decade.

I would continue to disagree with any time duration given to learning how to trade well, I'm not just talking about only learning how to grasp the basic trading concepts well sef, but being a consistently profitable trader [I just sounded like I want to market something ]

The longer you've been exposed to trading the harder it is to get rid of the junk you've learnt and adhere to a profitable system. You use a strategy to trade right? Are you going to tell me that a total newbie cant grasp the concept of your system in a month and within 3 months started making consistent pips while they are learning other basics?

If you are among the lucky / brilliant few, you will get that consistency around 2 YEARS but if you are not, it's going to take you few more years or NEVER. It's a long rough and tough road, you need to be prepared mentally but nothing is impossible. Good luck.

Hey bro, you made 25% of your capital on my tips in a day or two from multiple pairs and lost it all on one trade [that means you risked 25% of your account on one call]. And then you probably didnt take the reentry because you had become afraid.

I personally risk 3% [which is already too risky] per trade, except I specify otherwise. For every 10 calls I get right cumulative, with my usual 1:3RRR you've already doubled your account. Then you have higher capital that gives you a higher value when you risk the same 3% pee trade and in no time you're playing with $1000 equity.

Think account preservation, so you have something to trade with tomorrow. Think about that, isn't it better than having no capital to trade at all and be looking at the ceiling when you wake up, considering who you can call to borrow money and make same mistake over and over until you run back to your village from being a perpetual debtor?

I'm afraid of every trade i take going to the SL and so I'm very very cautious of what I risk. It's a steady race. Cheers. But like I always say, we would make it back

This is high probability for me and I am targeting a 5% loss or about 40/50% increase.

Not a good sign for Bears so closing with minimal loss at 1682. Would scout for another entry.

I don't place SL arbitrarily. I look for trades around INFLECTION POINTS, POTENTIAL REVERSAL ZONES or PROBABLE BREAK OUT AREAS [my least favourite option]
Once you can identify a ceiling or floor [Demand/Supply zones], you let the market walk you through till you feel safe to jump in. The market wants both of us to jump in, but while you might randomly jump from the 18th floor of a 20 storey building, I'd rather wait and walk with the market to the 2and floor before taking the leap, thereby mitigating my risk of injury.

So if I know anything about Gold, she would want to go back up and take the 1745/35 sellers that have now now moved their SL to around 1705. That's is where I hope to take profits on this trade and look for a sell.
Gold closing the month under 1715 is strongly bearish. But i just guess a lot and somehow my confusion doesn't disappoint too often. Cheers

Zfree I apologize for the tight stops once again. But honestly I expect every trade i take to lose because that's one thing that is certain. If it wins, fine and good, I move on to the next setup, but let it be that the loss doesn't leave a scar that'd leave me handicapped for ever.
