You are distracting me from what I asked as to why you sold exactly at 2989. It is definitely not because last weeks candle closed bearish. Look at the 3 attached example, weeks closed strong bearish and the following 2, 3 and even 6 weeks in a case were bullish.
So WHY DID DECIDE TO TAKE THE SELL ON THIS WEEKLY CANDLE AND AT THAT POINT?

I draw the lines myself, they've worked for me for quite a while. I have a full write up I think 4 or 5 weeks ago about my complete Gold trading strategy [which I'd have sold for thousands of USD] which I use with pure numbers and lines. Find that post and learn it, you'd trade Gold just as I do.
Apparently no one uses it with me. Unfortunately, that's how most folks treat free stuff. But I'm almost certain I make 80% correct gold trades with that.

Trade up 45pips 1.5R, this is the kinda trade that I'm highly convicted would give about 10R by next week latest, hold it for the R magic, still not late to join in.
