I was informed by a dr working in UI. Not something one can check online. but how did you see the exam?

I wrote the microbiology test on sat. please, does anyone knows maybe the score will be upgraded in % or just overall the number of questions? I was informed I scored 22. But not sure if that's in % or the overall total number of questions which is 44. Thanks
