I will be 44yrs this December and have a Masters in GIS with working experience of about 5-6years. Currently a Tax Administrator in a state IRS with 8 years working experience. I don't have school certificates or professional certificates in Tax profession yet. How does this affect me?

My wife is 37yrs old and is currently a Digital marketer with 2 years experience and Mass Communication qualifications from a Polytechnic.

I found GIS and tax related jobs under the occupations list.

What are our chances of applying? Thank you

Secondly, as it turns out, i need to help in deciding if i should apply for a 190 Visa.

Profile;
Age - 31
Current Profession - ICT Account Manager (1 year + experience at a fintech)
Previous Profession - Bank Manager/investment professional (6 years + at a tier One Bank in Nigeria)
First Degree - Bsc Building == Nigeria (Graduated -2014)
Second degree - MBA=== UK (Graduated - 2022) WES evaluated
IELTS - 8.5 overall

Initial thoughts based off research; apply as an ICT Account Manager as seen below;

I have reviewed the eligibility page on the both the AU PR and VETASSESS Websites and for 1 year experience for ICT Account Manager, i should have a highly relevant field of study (Information technology or computer sci.)or should be closely related.

Questions;

1. Will my MBA be considered as closely related- i took maybe two ICT courses and my thesis was on digital banking?
2. Do i evaluate both degrees?
3. On the AU immigration portal, 225211 ICT ACCOUNT MANAGER falls under STSOL list. How do i check what states are de demanding my profession asides individually checking?
4. What are my chances?

As per ACS guidelines, I can only submit pay info for myself (which I already did anyway) not for the deponent.

Hello everyone,

So I received the following response from ACS on this issue:

The Evidence of employment of the deponent of the statutory Declaration is required – The Offer of employment is not sufficient

Apart from the person's ID card what other evidence can I provide? Note that I had earlier submitted the person's employment offer letter.

Please guys, I really don't understand the whole Aussie thing. I have read and read and read yet, the sub, class the nominating occupation is so confusing, even the assessment is confusing enough. I will be grateful if I can see a similar case as mine who can advice me accordingly.

This is my suituation:

Am in Academics, Poly lecturer to be precise. I have masters degree in Petroleum engineering and undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering.
Age is 33
5+ years teaching experience.
Ielts: L 7.5, R7.5, W 7, S 7.5.

Wife is :
She's an admin Officer in an institution with 6+ years
BA English Education
Ielts: L8, R7, W7.5, S7.5. & L9, R6, W7, S8

Guy, tell them you have a medical condition that would require you visiting hospital on schedule. You might not visit every month as hospitals could give 3 mothns appointment for hep.

Health issues are personal and privacy should be respected

@ op, by all means, do inform your female bosses about your health condition and the urgent need to visit the Clinic twice a week. They will show you sympathy and may even assist you in the healing process.

Don't forget to pray to your God before approaching them.

You will be fine. You are in more better condition than others.
