ogazi007:
BARCELONA MAKES A FORMAL BID FOR CESC.

According to FC Barcelona’s official website, Club Director General Joan Oliver has confirmed that Barca have made a formal written offer to Arsenal for Cesc Fabregas.

During the presentation of the club’s new sponsorship deal with Herbalife, Joan Oliver revealed more details of the negotiations with the London club to sign Cesc.

Formal transfer period opens

Oliver explained: “Everybody knows that Cesc wants to sign for Barca and that we also want him to come here, but there is also a third party involved –Arsenal. Any agreement has to be with them. The official window for transfer negotiations opened on June 1st and although we’d had unofficial conversations with them before yesterday, we’ve now made a formal written offer, which we presented to Arsenal yesterday afternoon.”

Yuste is optimistic

Club Vice-President Rafael Yuste also spoke of Cesc’s possible signing and claimed: “I’m optimistic that he’ll be able to sign for Barca as soon as possible and it’s clear that everybody here will give him a warm welcome. We’ll do nothing that might make it more difficult for him to come here and we won’t rush things – but we won’t stop either!”

Yuste gave no more details, explaining that Txiki Begiristain and Raül Sanllehí were leading the negotiations.

We are talking about the captain of a club here and if he aint intrested he would have come out to proclaim his loyality is still with the gunners.
Barca would not have made an official offer if Fab has not given his consent, everyone knows the boi deserves better,he need individual accolade and collective trophies, and its obvious he will rarely get to his best and listed officially among the world finnest if he continues with the gunners.
its only gonna take time,he will come to the club where players potentials are being rewarded with lots of cash,trophies(6 in a season)and he will have the opportunity to play with arrays of natural talents la-masia is making.its just good to be home.
intresting haaaaaaaaaa smiley smiley smiley smiley

Barcelona still leads international club rankings

With the domestic seasons complete in all the major European leagues, the German-based International Federation of Football History and Statistics [IFFHS] has updated its international club rankings to reflect the results of the past season. Their verdict: FC Barcelona is still number one.

The IFFHS tabulates results from all major domestic and international club competitions and keeps track of the highest scoring teams on a yearly basis. For the last season, Barcelona and Inter finished in a tie for first place, with each team scoring 297 points. Real Madrid, Barcelona’s competitors from the capital, finished a respectable 25th with 202 points, well behind powerhouses like Werder Bremen, Fulham FC, and RSC Anderlecht from Belgium.

In the overall club competition, which tracks the performance of a team from January 1991 to January 2009, FC Barcelona once again reigns supreme with 807 points, compared to 726 for second placed Manchester United and 633 for Real Madrid and Juventus, each tied for third.

what's all these talk of pride.

i see nothing wrong in asking your ex for financial assistance in a tough situation. not every ex is out to take advantage of you.   pride won't stop hunger or bankruptcy.
tell them oh
Family › Re: Should A Married Lady Ask Her Very Rich Ex-boy Friend For Finaicial Assistance? by scantee(m): 7:41pm On Jun 02, 2010
hmm for me noting is wrong to seek for financial help from your ex. it depends on the condition at hand. from all the comment i read so far it seems that all friendship are only based on intimacy, friends is meant to help each other in time of difficulties, there many things to consider here.

AS A WOMAN

1 Did your ex bf asked you for marriage and you decline due to his financial status then?
if the answer is yes, then is wrong for you to look for financial assistance from him.

2 Did your husband know that you have been in a relationship with the guy in question? if yes that when you will talking of ego or whatever, but ego should put aside in difficult times.

3 Did both of you quietly decided to do apart without conflict? may be for some reason best well know to you people. if yes, you have every right to ask him for financial assistance.

From what most of you implies here not to ask any assistance from your ex, if i may ask, if you see your ex along the road involved in a car accident wouldn't scuttle him/her  to hospital and take care of him/her/ or are you going to leave him/her to die there just because your avoiding him/her not to revamp your relationship.

for me is 100% right.

@topic
The highest pay company now for my own opinion is LNG, i have worked with Exxon-Mobil and Shell, and am currently working with LNG here in Bonny Island, as some one has said before LNG takes care of their staff more than any other oil companies. talking of the salary it depends on your field of specialization, i am into IT Department and i know we are really comfortable with the salary. for more info you can mail me (scanteebest@yahoo.co.uk) i will break down the requirements and their employment procedures.
