Yes remove one memory stick at a time and try powering on as normal
if no joy remove the other stick and try with other one. also
remove the hard disk to test. Memory rarely fails and ifit does it
would notify by using a sound i.e. beeps not caps lock. in my experience
the caps lock usually pointing towards bad mobo or corrupted bios/ cmos

1. unplug the computer from AC power.
2.remove the computer battery.
3.hold down the power button for at least one minute (Hold down the button like you want to On your computer).
4. after holding it for sometimes, replace back the battery and try it now
